is the CEO of Diversified Beverage Company, the company behind Arctic Ice and Vodka 21. An experienced entrepreneur and businessman, he has over 30 years of experience in the beverage and restaurant/bar industry. Mr. Becker witnessed the birth of the energy drink phenomenon in the US, and joined the genesis of the Diversified Beverage co., Over the years, Mr. Becker has been in all aspects of the beverage industry, from product development to production to distribution. This unique experience has provided Mr. Becker with key industry knowledge and expertise. In addition, Mr. Becker has owned and operated several nightclubs, an experience that has given him a unique insight into th needs of club owners and customers. As  owner and operator of multiple businesses over his career, Mr. becker brings this extensive management and operational experience to his role as CEO.

has 25 years of experience as proprietor of his own company in the convenience food store industry, which has provided him with in-depth knowledge of the retail food and beverage market. His current role is to assist in the recruitment and training of a sales force for Arctic Ice, as well as establishing accounts along wtih the expansion of sales. As Senior VP of the company, Mr. Smith will closely work with the company's Managing Director to ensure productivity and consumer response as we enter into new market segments.

has experience with successfully managing all aspects of production, including implementing logistic layout. Collaboratively, Ms. McElroy assisted in the development of the 21 Brand and graphic designs. her duties are to conceptualize and script content for all marketing materials, including website text information and corporate presentations. She has coordinated and implemented various sales and promotional efforts for consumer/community-based markets. In addition, Ms. McElroy has acted as liaison to business units, vendors and brokers.
