As a holistic wellness center, Beautiful Mind Strong Body Center and Evolutionary Health help people and organizations thrive by establishing healthy habits that last a lifetime. 

Our expertise combines mind, body and medicine reviews that are used concurrently to help people master their own lives.  We use techniques that harness the body’s inherent change capacities, while minimizing its propensity to ‘remain as it is’ (i.e., homeostasis) and fight change. 

We approach rewiring the brain and retooling of the body’s physiology in an ‘evolutionary health’ way that is the best means to attain long-term life changes.

We are a holistic wellness center that combines yoga practices, meditation, qigong and other physical activities with advanced knowledge of disease management, positive psychology and individual development techniques. 

It is our mission to help people develop positive mind-body practices that will facilitate their growth and help them become healthier, happier and better connected to the world.

We provide customers, regardless of their health or disease state, a holistic suite of offerings that help them evolve their physical, mental and medical lives simultaneously. 

We also provide personal and leader development programs to individuals and businesses/organizations, as well as partner with ancillary mind-body professionals (e.g., myofascial release, psychotherapy, Reiki, Ayurvedic medicine, etc.) to complement our in-studio services:

BMSBC and Evolutionary Health are physically located at 330 Kennett Pike, Suites 107 & 109 in Chadds Ford, PA, a vibrant suburban community within a 10-minute drive from Wilmington, DE, a 30-minute drive from Philadelphia, PA, and nestled amongst the major tourist attractions:

• Longwood Gardens and Wintherthur (historical DuPont family estates) 
• Lancaster County (“PA Dutch Wonderland”),
• Hershey Park (PA), and numerous historical battle ground sites.  

The studio sits within a business complex of approximately 10 other businesses of health-related, food, psychiatric counseling and other service providers (post office, dry cleaners), on a highly traveled (50,000 cars/day) major north-south state highway.

The 2400 ft² center consists of an approximately 1100 ft² state-of-the-art yoga studio, that is sealed with a radiant-heat thermal barrier allowing the entire room to be easily heated to 105°F (for hot or “Bikram-style” yoga), the floors lined with Zebra Seamless Yoga Flooring, and lit by low-voltage dimmable lights controlled with Vantage Professional lighting technology. 

Approximately 300 ft² is dedicated to retail sales and an admission desk, an area that is also in use promoting and selling local artist-made items (professional landscape photographs, hand-made stone and tile mirrors, etc.). 

Nearly 800 ft² is dedicated to fully built out locker/toilet/shower rooms for men and women, and the remaining 150 ft² an area dedicated to patrons’ children (the “Kid’s Corner”), a child sitting service provided during those times parents/grandparents are taking classes.

The pharmacotherapeutic and chronic pain management consultation services of Evolutionary Health are provided either in the open/retail section when not in use or are conducted at patients’ homes or other pre-arranged locations. 

The research and analysis are conducted on-line with a subsequent face-to-face meeting or multiple meetings as are appropriate.

Jennifer Keil, Co-owner

Jenn has been a driving force of health promotion and communication for a top-tier worldwide pharmaceutical company for the past thirteen years.  In her various roles during her tenure she has designed, communicated, implemented and managed dozens of local and  national programs, ranging from local Bike to Work Week activities to the Global Corporate Challenge. She has positively impacted many of the 7000 AstraZeneca employees at both the main US headquarters in Wilmington, DE and the field, by motivating and ‘coaching’ them through their somewhat chaotic and certainly stressful working conditions.

Jenn’s passion for helping others live healthy and happy lives is the foundation for building the Beautiful Mind Strong Body Center.  Her hope is to instill positive, lasting behaviors in the local community.

Gary Keil, Co-owner

Gary has focused the majority of his fifteen year career at AstraZeneca on the discovery and development of novel medications, bridging the gaps between research science, clinical trials and business development.  His various roles have allowed him to become an industry thought leader on topics ranging from personalized medicine (pharmacogenetics), diagnostics and rational medical practices.

He has continued to be an active participant in the profession of pharmacy by designing and facilitating leader-development programs and continuing pharmacy education courses for pharmacists, nurses and other allied healthcare professionals. He is an experienced public speaker with numerous engagements over the 20-plus years since obtaining his pharmacy degree.
