Meet the Owner: 13 Years in Fitness and 7+ years in personal training, management, plus nutrition and effective weight loss in the Health and Wellness industry. Graduating with BS in Exercise Science and Wellness minoring in Psychology; with rehabilitation experience allowing for more empathy with people. Meet the Professional Trainer: "Each place I visit people resort to telling me of their fitness goals without my asking, I believe it is in part the fact that I look like a trainer and other part I am probably the most personable human being you'll ever meet! Listening to everyone I've found a common theme that keeps us as a population from working out: Convenience. So, as a fitness professional having successfully overcome weight struggles myself, I believe BYOB Training has the right plan to overcome that! Having grown up around an emotionally-ill single mother that struggled with obesity, the least I can do is use my education and experience to help empower women. I would like to take after my dad who is in the Military with the intent on serving;  but then I think, Why should every individual serving his/her country have to be in the military?" BYOB Training team is small and manageable but most importantly willing to take on that duty, in empowering women by serving up health and Wellness, virtually.
