At Cube Logix Inc, we’re making the most of businesses’ and consumers’ need to constantly transport goods by leveraging “the logistics of intelligence”.  The tangible element of our solution is our proprietary containers, which are adaptable enough for most any type of cargo and come with a number of additional features that make shipping easier.  

While some of these moves are completed amongst a few helpful friends, the majority of people opt for professional help - from either a moving company, truck rental, or container service.

On the other hand, you have the business sector, which is constantly shipping products and has a nonstop need to monitor them. Spending in the U.S. for the logistics and transportation industry totaled $1.48 trillion in 2015 according to SELECT USA.

There is very little optimization seen by carriers over the past few decades that drives increased cost savings per shipment, improves margins, and helps control consumer costs.  No one company gives the on-the-move American business an autonomous shipping container solution with the ability for live tracking,  complete “chain of custody” security,  while delivering cost savings thru optimization on the fly - until now.

Introducing Cube Logix Inc: a new end-to-end solution that’s ushering in a new age in the industry.  We’ve effectively combined shipping product innovation with data-driven software to create the ultimate asset management service.  Our modular, highly-configurable containers are ideal for the shipment of all types of general commodities as well as household goods - with the entire process being optimized via machine learning and artificial intelligence to efficiently avoid common roadblocks and open up all shipping options.

Our true value lies in giving businesses the ability to move containers via multiple shipping modes - making us an ideal choice for transportation providers and freight forwarders. In addition, those  clients who currently utilize specialized carriers for high value commodity moves pay 4-5 times what common carriers charge.  Cube Logix Inc’s containers are able to move these goods in a common carrier environment while creating a secure space for the customer.  With Cube Logix Inc,  variance in what was quoted versus what the billing invoice states is no longer a pain point - thanks to our transparent flat-rate pricing (if it fits, it ships). On top of this, we also bring customers a fully secure environment with complete chain of custody.  Businesses operating in any vertical  have a cost-effective solution that can be used all over the globe with Cube Logix Inc!

One of the primary elements of the Cube Logix Inc solution are is our proprietary containers, which have an adaptability unlike anything else in the industry.  The containers’ modularity and collapsibility lend to this adaptability - allowing the end user to change the configuration from full height to half the height to fully collapsed to easily reposition.  Here are just a few more features that make our containers so unique:

Our supporting software suite creates a fully autonomous environment - meaning human interaction isn’t needed for any stage of container movement.  It all starts with our Kylos device - which acts as a GPS, security monitor, and consumer impact reporter. Cube Logix’ system is also constantly on the lookout for consolidation opportunities that save time and money - thus providing the shipping intelligence component that the industry’s been waiting for.  Based on parameters they choose, customers can receive up to 100 updates per day - including location, info on pending orders, alerts on container damage/door openings, and container matching opportunities.  These software features provide the transparency and data needed to plan ahead, make optimal business decisions, and maintain peace of mind.

As we enter into this very exciting stage of our company’s growth, the current focus is on the continued refinement of our solution, which will help propel us to the next level. This starts with making important tweaks to our software that will improve functionality for our existing customers.  In terms of hardware, we will continue to iterate on our containers to make them even more configurable.  But looking back, we’ve actually accomplished quite a bit already.  Here are some of the things we’re most proud of:

Strong network ties in place.  Over their careers, our team has developed an extensive portfolio of clients in and out of the shipping industry.  And, it’s already proving helpful as 2 major freight forwarding carriers have signed an NDA with Cube Logix Inc and are currently taking a very close look at our solution.

Diversifying our reach.  In addition to the  forwarding vertical, we’re in discussions with the  largest  yacht repair facility in the country  that’s highly interested in utilizing our containers for storage of tools and parts for the vendors who come into the marina to service and repair yachts and other luxury sea craft. Lastly, Cube logix Inc is scheduling meetings in the next 30 days with one of the largest military relocation companies. This particular client has over 90,000 moves a year they manage currently.

Building our team.  Currently there are two full time developers on staff with extensive backgrounds working with Fortune 200 companies. Just recently we have added a Director of Product Development who has over a decade in logistics software development and program management. Scott Bulloch - CEO and David Niday - COO make up the executive team with a combined 53 years in logistics and software planning and implementation.

Making tech strides.  Cube Logix Inc is partnered with an established supply chain optimization  software provider who is in the process of  integrating our technology with theirs - and within the next 3 years will be absorbed into our company.

The Cube Logix Inc concept originated from the perfect marriage of freighting industry experience and software expertise.  Our pair of founding visionaries have spent a combined 5 decades in logistics - and have been on the constant lookout for solutions and business practices that make the transportation of goods more transparent and efficient.  After  being challenged by a  past  client to come up with a containerized shipping solution, the duo took the challenge  and Cube Logix Inc was soon the result.  Let’s meet the gentlemen tasked with executing our vision:


The beginnings of Scott’s career trace back to 1982, when  he got his start in freight forwarding in Scotland.  Since then, he’s continually built up his international sales  footprint  - establishing networks in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.  He now owns two  freight forwarding franchises; the first one opened 23 years ago in Denver, and the second in Kansas City in 2011.  Combined, the two produce revenues of $12-$15 million annually.


David’s career path led him to Scott in 2011, when he partnered up with the CEO at his Kansas City franchise.  Before that, he held a  Regional Vice President role with a  Fortune 500 marketing and logistics solution provider for 15 years and was instrumental in the company’s impressive growth.  David’s time serving in a command function in the military,  prior to entering into the  logistics industry, makes him the ideal individual to serve as our operational leader.
