Thanks for emailing us. When a purchase group is completed, the group administrator must contact BrowserCam at info@browsercam.com and inform us that the group has completed. Until we're contacted, we will not be aware of the identity of the group admin. There is probably a prevailing perception that Fundable provides us with the purchase group's information, but this is not the case.

Once we're able to provide the group admin with setup instructions for the account, he can begin to add 19 other participants to the account.

We agree that more detailed instructions on the www.fundable.org/browsercam page would be helpful to future purchase groups. We will send Fundable an email within the next few minutes containing instructional text to be added to this page.
