As a resident of 70117 (Ninth Ward, Marigny, Bywater, Holy Cross), the general tone of the ad as just focused on Lakeview made it seem that the rest of us do not "count", which adds insult to injury since many of us in 70117 do not have the wealth and resources that Lakeview residents have to draw upon to rebuild. We, too, are working very hard, with virtually no help from government sources, to bring our neighborhoods back. I am donating to the ad regardless, but respectfully request that a) those of us from outside Lakeview are given credit for funding the ad, and b) that the implication of the ad focuses on the need to protect all of New Orleans, not just Lakeview.
