I am about to graduate from college with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. I only have a few months left of school and then I have a grace period of six months before I have to start paying back my $42,500.00 in student loans plus interest. I will have to make a $521.00 payment every month for ten years to pay back my loans. A college education is a great investment but it is an investment that is hard for me to afford. I knew that I was going to have to pay back this loan and I have saved some money, so my pockets are not completely empty but I do not have near enough to pay back this outstanding loan and the money that I have saved will only cover a few months of payments to pay back this loan. I am asking all of you for your financial help to pay back my student loans so I will not be as much in debt so I can attend law school sometime in the future. My future of becoming a lawyer is out of the question until I resolve this debt to pay back my $42,500.00 in student loans. The generous financial gift that you make that goes towards paying back my student loans will only be used to pay back my financial obligation of paying back my student loans. I am going to list some keywords at the bottom of this page to help navigate good hearted people such as your selves to help me pay back my student loans. Thank you once again for your financial help.

Loans

The majority of all students attending college have student loans. Very few think we should pay for "their" loans! That was the choice you made before attending. You haven't stated what you
will do to give back to society, just what society can do for you with hand-outs.
There are more worthier causes to donate funds to, like sick people or pet funds.
Sorry, but true. You have a schedule to pay loans back, none are due in full.....get a job and pursue further education later.

Just NOT RIGHT!

I will donate to your Law School career if you donate to my Medical School career!
Don't you think you are asking for too much??? Maybe you should begin with a job as the other person said or begin by looking to your family for help. You need to understand everyone works for a living and we appreciate what we earn. You are asking for everything on a silver platter. Do you plan to give FREE legal services when you graduate? I think not. It is not cool to try to make it rich on someone else's dime! Do you plan to ask for your full monthly payments every month out here???????

Repayment

I choose to take the side of the person asking for help to repay his loan. I have no way of knowing what his circumstances are in terms of why he had to go to such an expensive school, but it should be noted that not everyone lives in an urban area where there are community colleges within a close distance of where the student lives. I am in the same situation as this person, only with more debt than he has because I had to go to a private college in the middle of nowhere to attend college because there were not any cheaper schools around. And to move away would mean to have higher expenses of supporting myself which would have left me with even more student loan debt. So dude, I can definitely appreciate what you're asking for because I think that if everyone could donate at least a dollar to a college graduate for their student loans, then it would be better for the college graduate. And for everyone's information, I do have a job, and make a good living but when you combine $750 a month for repayments and so many taxes being taken out of my pay, I have a whole $100 to live on a month for groceries. While college is a good investment, I'm beginning to wonder how many more years of stress I and other graduates will have trying to pay back all this money. If I had that dollar to give...I would!
