42 yr old single mom/without any relatives needs a help

I'm a 42 yr old single mom raising a 15 yr old boy here, in North America, and 10 years old boy in Russia. Every month I send money to him, because he stays in a special hospital there. I believe only here he could get the best medical help. But I need money to bring him here. Now I can't afford all my expenses. I don't have a car and house. I rent my apartment. Usually I work 12 hours a day to do my best for my kids. I need $10000, but anything will help. If anyone could find it in their hearts to help me, I can pay you back or help someone else in need.
