Please help me. I need all of my teeth extracted due to neglect.

I rescued a dog from a pregnant young lady who was, herself, in need of urgent medical care. The dog I rescued is named Laker. He is an 8 year old jewel. I knew he needed some care but I was not aware of just how much. Apparently, he has been neglected for some time. Aside from needing a haircut, he is 100% blind in one eye and 90% blind in the other. He was never neutered and worst yet, all of his teeth are rotten and loose. I don't know how the poor guy even managed to eat. Well, to date, I updated all of his shots, set an appointment for the grooming, found a reasonable place to get him neutered-- but I cannot afford to get his teeth extracted or have his eyes treated. I thought about taking him to the shelter, but this little guy deserves a chance at a happy life before he leaves us, hopefully, not for a very long time. Can you please help. Take a look at this cutie and you will see why I just can't give him up. He is a Shitzu Bichon Frise mix and soooooo cute.
