Poor Charmaine came from the South Central pound. She had been HORRIBLY neglected with a bacterial infection that caused bloody sores all over her face. She is on 5 different antibiotics for her skin disease AS WELL as the WORST ear infection the doctor had ever seen. In addition to all of this, she was completlely malnourished. IN SPITE OF ALL OF THIS, CHARMAINE IS THE HAPPIEST DOG IN THE WORLD WITH THE SWEETEST DISPOSITION. The staff at the vet LOVE her. She needs more cultures done on her becuase her sores keep coming back. We have already spent OOVER $1000.00 on her. We really need everyones help to get her better and eventually in to her new, forever home.

I just wanted to say that Charmaine is the best patient and most beautiful girl. She loves everyone and is so appreciative of feeling better. This has been such a long road, and there's still so much more to to to get her healed. She is no longer in pain, but she's so itchy. I feel incredibly lucky to see her happy, gorgeous face every day at work. Dogz in Need has done a fantastic thing by helping this little lady towards a happy, healthy life.
