Lives in Southern California! I am still so upset about this situation! He says "it was his ex wifes cat" and she left and is no where to be found. He has since re-married, has a new indoor cat, and a new puppy, along with a new little boy. Out with the old and in with the new! I don't believe his "new" animals are in danger at least not right now! But..he clearly wants no part of this cat. It is heart-breaking Thanks so much for your interest...I am so happy to know that others do care about this sweet girl.
