help the tattoo industry with a new store in small town

Husband and I live in a small town where it is chaging from an antique ,tourist community to an alternitive green society and tattoo s are in high demand but so is property value... ther are several locations for lease ... but getting into them is the problem... we are very professional and super clean and good but not rich by any means.. if you have even one tattoo or thinking of someone who does ,, just remember wouldn't you like to see the work done more in shops than back alley houses please help..
