Holding a hard Working Job By organizing $10,000 through Family and Friends

My name is Afa Garrigan, a long time friend of Paul Tovey. We've been friends since we were kids. And I've always cherished my friendship with him.
One of Paul's Dreams has always been to serve an honorable full-time LDS church Mission. I am trying to put some money together to help him reach his dream. Going on a mission isn't easy. It's a 2 year dedication. Paying for housing/apartment, food, utilities, clothes, transportation all comes out of our own pocket. Being away from family and friends and only being able to call home on Mother's day and Christmas doesn't sound like a fun thing to do. But in his heart he knows that it is the right thing to do.
Through his service he will be able to help many people. Whether to learn more about Jesus Christ or just helping a stranger on the corner giving service is the missionary life. Paul is one of the most giving people I've ever met in my life.
I know that we can all help Paul to go on his mission. I am one of Paul’s closest friends and I am asking everyone who can to please help fund Paul’s LDS MISSION as quickly as possible so we don't have to worry about him NOT being able to reach his Goal. This experience will change Paul's Life if he could just get a little bit of help.
In order to serve a 2 year mission it will cost $10,000. We are asking you to help us raise $1,000 to cover only 1/10th of the Cost.
We have twenty-five days to raise this money.
Let's get Paul on a mission.
If we exceed our goal amount, any money left over will go to his mission fund to help with the $10,000 fundraiser.
