My dog Sarge has been in our family for 8 years and is the best friend anyone could have. He needs surgery to remove four small tumors growing on his body before they burst or they can spread throughout his body. This will be is 3rd big vet bill I am still paying on the last one that was $1000 a few years ago. It is down to $500. Please help us.
