Jake Needs Heartworm Treatment

Jake was just rescued from Putnam Co animal control. He is truly a "gentle giant". He was neutered, vaccinated and tested today for heartworm. Unfortunately, he does have Stage 4 heartworms, which is pretty bad. He'll need to start his treatment as soon as possible. He is just a gorgeous boy and I know he'll make someone a wonderful best friend someday! Please help us raise the funds needed for him and if you know anyone who might want to foster him through his recovery~ that would be great too! :)
