<p>This two book set covers in depth the entire human history of food cultivation, in <b>under 2000 pages!</a> Whew! Not a cookbook, it instead focuses on <b>the ways in which we utilize each plant</b> and the periodic roles it has held in the story of agricultural and societal development. <b>I'll read the whole book so you don't have to</b>, and report back on the can't miss sections, and how it fits into a modern urban sustainable lifestyle.</p>
