HELP HOPE GET VET CARE

Hope is a 3 year old greyhound/shepherd mix who was rescued from the pound in Licking County Ohio. Enroute to her new home in Minnesota, Hope became desperately ill and was taken to an emergency clinic. Hope was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia as well as possible fungal pneumonia secondary to histoplasmosis. We are awaiting cytology results at this time. As of July 5th, Hope is currently in the hospital on IV medications and fluids as she continues to be dehydrated. She will hopefully be able to go to her foster home tomorrow.
