Hit & run: critical care, loss of unborn child...

On August 19th my son and his fiance were the victims of a horrifying hit-and-run accident. The man drove onto the sidewalk and ran over both of them. As a result of the accident, my son and his fiance lost their unborn child on his birthday. To add to the tragedy, both of them will be confined to wheelchairs during their recovery.

The driver is well known to police. He has a 17 year record including numerous DUIs, possession of controlled substances and open containers. We are waiting for the results of the toxicology report. Police suspicion that the driver was high when he drove off the road onto the sidewalk and into these two innocent victims.

Both my son and his fiance are facing huge expenses from: medical, loss of work, easily preparable meals and other ongoing expenses. This has been a severe financial strain and it has only just begun. We are asking for your help - PLEASE.
