Hello my name is Suzy and I'm a "pet rescuer" from Michigan. I believe that "Pet Rescue Is People Rescue Is Community Rescue"
There are so many animals and family's needing help in todays economy that never a day goes by that I don't receive a request for help. I have been turning folks away simply because I do not have the funds to help like I once did. There was a time when I was able to help people pay for heart worm treatment for their dogs when they couldn't afford it. There was a time when I went into local pounds and vetted animals that were suffering because the pound did not provide medical care for the animals. I would like to continue my work. But I need your help to do so. I have set a goal of $3000.00 if you could spare even a $10.00 donation I promise the money will be put to good use. Not only will your contribution provide immediate Veterinary care but it will enable us to replenish our dwindling supply of emergency care products.

Right Now We Have:
Little Smokey the abandoned kitten taken in by my foster Wendy. And beautiful Sugar Baby the 7 year old kitty who needs a complete blood screen, dental and vaccines. We have the four semi feral kittens rescued from the pound, they were full of picky burrs and their tummy's and mouths are irritated from the abrasive burrs. Their only chance was to be taken in by a rescue. By the time this fundable is over I guarantee that I will have received many more requests for help, emails about dogs and cats on death row in pounds from all over the country and owner surrenders. Please won't you help me, help them. Help me say "YES" I can help. I can only do this if you partner with me this month to help the animals. I have foster homes available but hesitate to take in more animals with out the promise that funds will be available to care for them. Many small donations when added together, end up being one powerful tool. I hope you will consider helping me help God's creatures. I know that $3000.00 sounds like a lot of money but its not when you consider it means being able to say yes to the next request for help. Our Mission Statement
To rescue, shelter, foster, give TLC and provide medical care to injured, abused, abandoned, neglected or otherwise unwanted animals. To help give a second chance to perfectly good animals that are at high risk of being euthanised. By finding loving, responsible new owners and placing these animals into permanent forever homes. We will assist pet owners in re homing or keeping their pet by helping them connect to the right resources for rescue, training, spay/neuter or Veterinary care. We value all wildlife and will make referrals to Licensed Wildlife Rehabbers. We are strong advocates for spaying and neutering and for the humane treatment of all animals.
