Hi my name is Teddy Bear Can you Help Me Get My Legs Fixed

Hello, my name is Teddy Bear and I am six weeks old. God has a great sense of humor and he put my front legs on backwards. The breeder of course could not sell me so I ended up getting a new mom, she is the Director of the Sanctuary Animal Refuge, and she has just as funny a sense of humor as it seems God does because she thinks I am the most beautiful of all the dogs that came today and she says we are going to make me better so I can get a home of my own. SHe says I look like a stuffed Teddy Bear so we decided my name would be Teddi Bear or Teddi for short. I weigh 1.2 pounds - and am very tiny most of it is just hair I have a lot of it. WHen I was born my legs were not right....I am glad the breeder let me live and she nursed me and kept me safe until I could come here - there are a lot of dogs here and I have made some good friends and I get to lay in my new moms lap to sleep because if she puts me down I howl really loud. Both of my front legs are backwards. She said she had another like me who she loved dearly too - she makes me feel beautiful when others said I was a freak - but you know she says I will live in her soul and make her a better person so I am important and a real gift to her. She says that we are going to raise money for surgery and that a wonderful angel called Polly is going to help me too - but she says no matter what happens she loves me even though I have only been her a few hours I am happy and feel safe.

Teddi needs to have surgery on both legs and castings on both legs. We are hopeful to raise the funds so that this little angel can find his way into a forever home. THank you for helping whether it be in jsut reading this and smiling seeing his beauty - or in saying a prayer for him, or for helping with his surgery - his love and will to live is enough to insprie us day to day

They say I am smart and not to be fooled by my legs I love to play and you know what I can beat up my moms nose - I am really smart and like to show her how smart I am by goign potty on the paper she gives me - she says I am quite the smartie pants.
