I've been in Galveston, TX for the past month (since Hurricane Ike hit). I have been doing volunteer work here, everything from cleaning up after Hurricane Ike to teaching Ike survivors how to use the internet/social media, to digitally documenting the recovery from Ike.
I update regularly on Twitter, you can follow me there (and there you can find links to my Flickr photostream,NowPublic.com, etc).
I came to Galveston from New Orleans (after being there for the rebuilding of the city post-Katrina).
