It's okay that you want to contribute less but trust me if you hire a developer to provide the kind of functionality that Dreamscape is working on, you will need more than $25 PER hour not for the whole project.
Contribute what you're able to but honestly, even if you contribute $150, that would still not have been enough to have someone develop this mod for you.
