The hardest aspect of creating a career in the entertainment industry is laying the groundwork, and building a fan base.  Funding, managing, promoting, and marketing a career in the entertainment industry is difficult, if not near impossible for just anybody. And if ever you make it, sustaining longevity and staying current in the entertainment industry is another battle that you would constantly face.

Just-N Music Records, Inc. was set up as an independent record label whose main function is to provide artists with the necessary funding, industry connections, and hand-held guidance needed in order to succeed and strive in the entertainment industry.

Currently, we are funding and organizing the career of of our artist by the name of Just'n.

We have already established the necessary connections, and done the networking that opens the door for our client, and helps him across the threshold.

We have a strong marketing team and exclusive connections with the right people, and those people make our approach to creating a lasting career streamlined, and even possible to begin with.

All these, and Just'n's current sound, smooth voice and killer performance give us a significant advantage over our competition and highlight our key factors to success.

We've already made a lot of headway into bringing Just'N's music to the consumers and creating buzz. Here's what we've accomplished so far:

• We released the debut EP, Top of the World, digitally, and have currently sold 2000 units.
• We currently have a number of records written for the upcoming album, and are in the process of completing more YouTube covers.
• We are also advertising on YouTube, Twitter and iTunes.
• We have also received formal interest from multiple labels such as RCA, Interscope and Def Jam.
• Just'n's cover of Usher's Dive has received more than 207,000 views to date and his Twitter account has more than 51,000 followers.

• Just'n also made a cover of Miguel's Sure Thing and has already received 192,000 views in the first week.

We have learned that social media is a powerful tool, and one that we will use to its fullest potential. We have also learned that staying positively relevant is the key to succeeding in today's entertainment industry and its short attention span.

Just'n is a small town R&B vocalist, equipped with a smooth voice, and a killer performance. From the first note Just'n sang as a child, it was clear that he was destined for the Hollywood lights. It was only a matter of time before his talent carried him to where he was sure to go, and that time is now.

Just'n, simply known to friends and famliy as Justin, started taking steps toward his career in music early in high school, where he participated in various choirs, in school and out. He got his college education from the Institute of Production and Recording.

During the summer of 2009, Just'n auditioned for the Fox television show, American Idol, but was cut from the show before he could break the top 40. This cut was a blow to his confidence in his career, but was only a minor hiccup in his persistence to see his name in lights.

Just'n has a great attitude and drive to succeed. He has a very relevant sound and image which should bring him to a much anticipated, and highly lucrative career.

aka Just'n is 21 years old and has 7 years of work experience. He oversees all aspect of the business, write and sing the materials, perform shows, participate in public relations events. Owns 50% of the company.
