    What We Need

    We are looking to raise $3,800 and to receive introductions to any potential buyers for department stores, cosmetic stores, gourmet grocery stores and boutiques. We would love for everybody to spread the word about my amazing products!

    What We Will Use It For

    With the fundraised money, we would like to put the remainder of my products through stability testing with my manufacturer so that they can start making everything in larger quantities, opening up the opportunity to sell on a larger scale. All together it would be 7 more products added to the manufacturing company here in the USA...Lulu creates more jobs!

    Who We Are

    I am a 37 year old entrepreneur that started my company from scratch with all natural, hand crafted beauty care products. This is a brief review of what has been happening with Lulu Blossom Inc. since I started product development at the end of 2010. 

    I started a raw vegetarian diet in 2009 becoming very health conscientious and inquisitive about the ingredients in everything I ate or used on my skin. I didn't like what the market was offering for skin care products, so in July 2010 I started to make my own. I first researched those nasty chemicals that I could barely pronounce to see what they did, then looked for their natural counterparts. I started making truly natural recipes in my kitchen which launched my first product, body lotion. 
    The rest of 2010 and early 2011 I was in the product development stage creating my product line. I gave away products as gifts at birthday parties and other special occasions as a "mini test market". I began taking orders and putting the little bit of money I made back into product design.
     
    2011 was really when I focused on branding my product by solidifying the story behind it. I hired an illustrator and a graphic designer to put my ideas into the logo and fun packaging. I started participating in trade shows, shopping events along with donating products to local charities.
     
    This year has been about aggressively selling to retailers and consumers. I have one full time employee working with me on a daily basis and we are participating in at least 2 trade shows a month along with selling products to shops and boutiques throughout the midwest. I have also hired a sales rep in the Chicagoland area with ties to big box chains like Walgreens, Ulta, and Target.  We have a full product line finalized with 12 products. The website is finished and we have consumers purchasing product every month through our online store. We have attracted business from gourmet grocery store chains to global corporations like Urban Outfitters. For this reason alone I have hired a manufacturing company here in the States to manufacture four of the most popular products to be shipped with their own individual unit cartons.

    Creams Collection

    Here we have our amazing face cream regimen and our body lotion. The Day Cream is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to replenish and nourish your skin throughout the day. We use natural sun screens such as zinc oxide and grape seed oil to protect you from harmful rays.

    The Night Cream is made with rich emollients and rose water that erase the stress of any day from your face as you sleep.
     
    Tired, old eyes? No problem! Lulu cooked up just what the doctor ordered. The Eye Cream soothes fine lines around the eyes and forehead, making your face bright and youthful. This is bugger is packed with extra Vitamin E and Jajoba Oil to increase circulation and reduce puffiness.
     
    The Body Lotion is one of our most popular products fromt he Lulu Blossom Line. Our cutsomers swear by it saying, "It's the best lotion I've ever used!" We have plenty of scents to choose from!

    Bath Care Collection

    In this collection we have our Bombs Away! Bath Bomb Powder made with baking soda, citric acid, witch hazel, and pink Hymalayan rock salt. It comes in a 16 oz. tub and will last 10-20 baths depending on if you take one lump or two. Give Me Some Sugar, Sugar Scrub that comes in a 16 oz tub, a White Icing Sugar Scrub Melt, and our Feet for a Queen foot scrub that are all made with a different variation of Shea and Cocoa Butter to moisturize and raw sugars to exfoliate.

    Balms Collection

    Our deep moisturizing Body Balm that can be used just about anywhere on the body. It's rich and creamy with nourishing shea butter. Great for cuticles or cracked fingers, elbows and feet.
     
    Solid Perfumes are as old as Ancient Egypt and The Roman Empire. They have made their way back into the hearts of women everywhere due to their convient travel size and they are free of harsh alcohols in perfumes.
     
    Lip balms are the cure for whatever ails them. Made with Shea butter,  sweet almond oil and sunscreen too!
