is a new and exclusive membership group for small business owners, entrepreneurs and innovative people. Our goal is to champion the growth and stability of small businesses by providing them with the resources, tools and support necessary for them to succeed. And we want you to be a part of our small business movement.

At Premier Business Network™, we firmly believe that small businesses and entrepreneurs are the cornerstone of the American economy. Collectively, they generate over 65% of net new jobs and produce over 46% of the private non-farm GDP. Over 52% of small businesses are home-based, with over 75% having no employees.

Unfortunately, statistics have shown that over 33% of small businesses fail within their first year, and less than 50% survive past four years.

How We'll Do It

Premier Business Network™ wants to help reverse that trend, through a variety of efforts. First and foremost, PBN offers Guaranteed Benefits for Small Businesses™. We've negotiated guaranteed discounts from both national and regional providers on services that most small businesses use every single day. These discounts can save PBN members thousands of dollars every year, reducing their operating costs and allowing them to reinvest the savings into their businesses.

Secondly, through our state-of-the-art, community based membership portal, PBN connects its members with informative resources that can help them manage nearly every aspect of their business. Whether it be connecting members with other like minded entrepreneurs who have faced similar business challenges; giving members access to educational videos on topics such as general bookkeeping, social media strategies, and protecting your intellectual property; or putting our members in direct contact with our vendors who can assist them in how to properly utilize and implement their services to grow their business, our members-only web portal does it all.

Where We Are Now

Since October of 2013, the founders of PBN have been hard at work negotiating guaranteed benefits for our members from national service providers such as Constant Contact, GoToMeeting, Phone.com, Hertz, FiveStars, MyCorporation and many, many more... and we continue to add new vendors almost daily. We've assembled our membership portal, and are building our affiliate relationships to achieve market penetration. And we've developed our internal processes and platforms to support our anticipated growth of 100k members by the end of 2015.

We chose to officially launch our business on Fundable.com to get the ball rolling and the conversations started. And we're rewarding our early supporters with heavily discounted, 3 year memberships as well as exclusive lifetime membership packages that will not be offered after our crowd funding campaign closes.

PBN's approach to providing membership services has evolved just as technology has. In the old days, membership services meant sending out a new membership package whenever someone joined, and that was that. At

Kent Graham - CEO

Corporate Direction and Administration 


Kent Graham is a Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Premier Business Network™ (“PBN”). A graduate of Dartmouth College with an MBA from Drexel University, Mr. Graham is responsible for managing the overall direction of the company including administration, finance, legal, strategic planning, product development and supplier acquisition and retention. Having completed a successful career as a senior bank executive coupled with 20 years of experience as a business consultant, angel investor and small business owner, Mr. Graham knows first-hand the many obstacles to succeeding in business. Through Premier Business Network™, his goal is to provide guaranteed discounts from nationally known suppliers for the standard items utilized every day by small businesses. Concurrently, providing state-of-the-art training to help individuals become successful entrepreneurs represents his second objective. Active in business, civic and community affairs, Mr. Graham has been a director of several publicly traded companies; served as a financial advisor, treasurer, director and/or president of numerous not-for-profit organizations; and recently retired after serving 11 years as treasurer and a director of the Prostate Cancer Research Institute. He continues to serve as a Director of three businesses headquartered respectively in Austin, TX, San Diego, CA and Reno, NV. As the lead executive of the organization, Mr. Graham will have an integral role in positioning and maintaining Premier Business Network™ as an industry leader in the membership benefits industry for years to come.


Jerry Roxas - COO

Operations and Information Technology 


Mr. Roxas is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operations Officer for Premier Business Network™. He is a seasoned, executive level operations manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong background in operations management, information technology and software development. Mr. Roxas is a firm believer in agile methodologies, and is also a Certified Scrum Master. His senior management roles include being charged with overseeing the day to day operational functions of multiple organizations, including the IT infrastructure, technical support, software development and customer service. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Roxas has co-founded and sold multiple companies in the financial services industry, specializing in the acquisition, servicing and sale of distressed consumer debt portfolios. He co-designed and developed a proprietary pricing model and loan servicing application that were key factors in raising over $150 million in working capital and lines of credit, and he has been directly involved in the purchase and sale of over $3.5 billion in consumer debt. More recently, Mr. Roxas has been applying his operational experience to the health and wellness industries, where he has served as the Director of Operations for an online cognitive behavioral coaching firm, as well as a medical devices firm that provided custom made orthotics to the wholesale market. Mr. Roxas holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Business Management from San Diego State University. He is also an active alumnus member of Alpha Kappa Psi, the nation’s oldest co-ed professional business fraternity and developer of principled business leaders, and serves on the Board of Directors for The Mesa Collection Foundation.
