For hiring companies, the process is equally streamlined. When a hiring company posts a position to the PharmStorm platform, complete with the specific qualifications they are looking for in a candidate, our software automatically scans our database of applicants, extracts the top 10 qualified matches (or more, if desired) and delivers them to the hiring manager. Unlike other electronic job boards that come with steep fees attached, both posting positions and viewing PharmStorm candidates are 100% free of charge to hiring companies.

When a hiring manager finds a candidate or candidates they feel may be a good match for their position, they can request access to those candidates’ personal information. When a hiring company requests access to a candidate’s information, the request is forwarded to the candidate, who can authorize the access. With that access granted, communication can then begin between the candidate and the company about the available position and the candidate’s potential future at the company.

Maryellen has over 30 years of experience in the Pharma & Biotech industries as Director of Operations. She previously owned & operated Edge Consulting, specializing in recruiting for Pharma and Biotech positions before expanding to include recruitment for all levels of employment, ranging from manufacturing to clinical positions.

John Ruvolo, CFO
John brings with him over 35 years as an underwriter and underwriting manager for several major insurance companies. His responsibilities have included managing the P&L for a specialty product line, as well analyzing and trending risks. He currently oversees a profitable specialty product generating in excess of $90M in annual premium for OneBeacon, a Warren Buffet company. John’s experience also includes product development, compliance and tactical and strategic planning.

Bill Mack, Director of Sales & Business Development
Bill’s experience includes over 30 years in the insurance industry, working for several major insurance companies including Hartford Life, Chubb and Mutual of Omaha in various sales and sales management positions. His experience spans both regional and home office locations and includes tactical and strategic planning & execution.
