Request Access 9

Imagine requesting a grocery delivery, transportation, laundry or food pickup, or towing help following one’s vehicle breakdown and such every day services… all from your Smartphone or over the Web through a single platform...

ServiceS Mart is a one-stop shop for both parties, where customers (i.e. service requestors) can turn for all their needs, and where service providers can easily connect with people to carry out a plethora of services or goods pickup and/or delivery needs.

Created by some amongst the leading team members that architected together the global Digital platform for global banks consumer banking business, this completely scalable and internationalized system makes the flourishing on-demand economy more accessible and democratic for everyone.

A better way to find services. A better way to provide services. We coin ourselves a Societal Technology company ("SocTech")!  Lets together contribute to society's further flourishing and successes... leverage the ServiceS Mart platform!!

ServiceS Mart will improve our world by leveraging technologies to streamline everyday tasks while creating boundless opportunities for individuals and companies to earn income.

Modern life is hectic. We’re all familiar with racing around to complete errands (the post office, pharmacy, doctor appointments, etc.) in between work, family time and other obligations. Especially in densely populated metropolitan areas, heavy traffic and pollution only add to these challenges of trying to keep up with ordinary tasks.

Technology has helped us, no doubt, introducing new conveniences such as online banking and shopping. And the growth of on-demand services for everyday activities like transportation (e.g. Uber as just one point-in-case) has created more expedient options for getting things done according to our individual schedules and needs. Still, there is a lot of room for improvement.

On-demand services aren’t equally accessible in different locations. Needing a different app and account to achieve each single objective contributes to confusion and overhead more than it eliminates hassles. The online marketplace for services remains a chaotic, fractured mess; or perhaps more adeptly stated… thus far it has been a desire or wish.

Or so it was before the arrival of ServiceS Mart.

ServiceS Mart brings all service providers and consumers together onto a single platform. This is a remarkable development, because it means we can:

For developing countries in particular, ServiceS Mart is an ideal solution that allows societies to embrace new technologies while effectively addressing social problems such as traffic congestion, overpopulation, pollution and security.

ServiceS Mart is a true, all-in-one solution. Convenience stores, pickup and delivery services, personal shoppers, pet services, ride-hailing services – you name it – can all plug into our digitally enabled marketplace.

The platform has been designed to incentivize and efficiently expedite order processing. An electronic bulletin board provides a simple interface for requesting services and fulfilling service requests. All transactions are pay-with-points (i.e. cashless), which removes any ambiguity surrounding payment method and creates an additional layer of security, as well as has a loyalty rebates program for service requestors inherently embedded in it.

The ServiceS Mart platform is incredibly easy for everyone to use. Service requesters begin by entering basic information – type of service requested, location, time, date, insurance (points) needed by the provider, and mode of transportation. An algorithm determines price based on these factors.

Requests are then displayed on an electronic Bulletin Board in real time. The Bulletin Board service supports filtering of service requests over different criteria.

Registered service providers, individuals and businesses, select service requests that they can and wish to complete. While awaiting acceptance, they have limited extra time to add other service requests that they may have “on hold”, in order to bulk services; thus saving both parties time and money. A bulk order yields more revenue for the service provider, per included service request than each being fulfilled one-at-a-time!

Requesters accepting orders can be provided any additional necessary information (garage door codes, grocery lists, etc.). Some such data is made only visible after the order has been accepted and the 15 minutes have passed. Once a job is finished, it’s marked as complete and payment is made by points. Insurance (points) are released at this time, too.

People buy SMart Points with their debit, credit-cards, by bank transfer or via Paysafe. 1 SMart Point (S$P) being always the equivalent to one unit of the local currency. Points may be cashed out at with a minimum limitation on timing for deposit into a bank account, or crediting the person’s debit- or credit-card.

Our solution is built on cutting-edge, open-source technologies with strong architecture principles.

ServiceS Mart allows expansion with other Internet services through internal and/or external collaboration with 3rd parties.

ServiceS Mart allows for a variety of locations, languages, currencies and regulations to be applied.

Includes all necessary data structures to handle diversified and complete omni-channel consumer experiences.

Our application of microservices with cloud-hosting provide for a platform with virtually infinite scalability, enabling expansion and contraction with seasonal demands and/or organic growth, or through acquisition.

Our solution utilizes state of the art security across all layers of the software. This includes OAuth 2.0 coupled with the Open-ID connect authorization framework to authenticate and authorize users (as do Google and Facebook, for example).

While it benefits from users allowing location services to be enabled on their smartphones, it is not limited in Release 1 in any way if that (i.e. location services) is disabled.

Since formulating our vision for ServiceS Mart in March 2016, we’ve been advancing as planned toward our launch in Guadalajara in third quarter of 2017.

We had Angel Investors quickly sign-up in May 2016, and became a registered legal Mexican entity, Scitus Digimart S. de R.L. de C.V., in July 2016.

Before we’re even “live”, we’ve begun discussions with vendors who are enthusiastic to create a card for using points on ServiceS Mart, and with taxi corporations (such as one in Mexico City) interested in white-labeling our software. One cofounder of ours, Eduardo Borja, already has 20 motorcycles equipped with container boxes deployed in the Guadalajara metropolitan area, which will immediately be put to use for fulfilling services.
