SodaStream may have been the first in-home carbonated beverage dispenser to hit the market, but the quality of our technology (and flavor selection) far outstrips theirs.

SPRiZZi allows you the unprecedented opportunity to hook your Drink Machine directly to a water line – meaning instant, easy access to your favorite beverages. Alternatively you may pour water in manually – but this is the only option available to SodaStream owners.

SPRiZZi Drink Machines refrigerate water, allowing you to skip another step mandated by SodaStream machines.

SPRiZZi owners simply insert a flavor bullet to enjoy the beverage of their choice. Our patent-pending technology quickly infuses water with our proprietary flavor blends. SodaStream owners, on the other hand, have to measure out the appropriate amount of syrup and manually mix their drinks.

Additionally, SPRiZZi owners can use as much – or as little – as they like! Each 2-ounce flavor bullet is enough to produce 16 ounces of fresh beverages. To pour a smaller portion, simply release the button when your glass is as full as you like, remove the bullet and screw the cap back on. SodaStream requires you to calculate the exact syrup-to-water ratio to deviate from their serving sizes.

Not only that, but our incredible Drink Machines detect when a bullet is out of syrup and it automatically stops pouring! Simply replace with a new bullet and it will begin again. Alternatively, you can dispense plain carbonated or non-carbonated water with the bullet hatch fully closed. SodaStream simply carbonates water, while you still have to fill the bottle, manually carbonate it, then manually add the syrup.

What is SPRiZZi?

SPRiZZi Drink Machines are beautiful, innovative appliances that make enjoying a wide range of cold delicious beverages an affordable reality. All you need to do is insert your favorite flavor bullet, place a glass or bottle under the spout, and select non-carbonated or carbonated. A concealed CO2 canister instantly carbonates, and the system has built-in refrigeration. You may choose to simply pour in water (up to 2 liters), but you can also connect it to a water line, granting you immediate access to fresh, cold drinks whenever you like.

SPRiZZi's Early Success

On June 2, 2013 our month-long initial pre-sale funding campaign came to a close. Within five days of launch we had met our goal of $25,000, and by the month’s end we had amassed nearly $60,000 from 244 backers. The most common funding/reward level was a donation of $197-$297 or more, in exchange for a Drink Machine and a variety 12 pack of flavor bullets. This demonstrates that there is a high demand for an advanced in-home beverage dispenser. Clearly consumers are willing to pay for a well-designed appliance that will consistently deliver a high-quality product.

Since first building a large, rough beverage-dispensing machine in his garage for his family 12 years ago, founder Mike Breault has worked tirelessly to bring his revolutionary idea to market. Along the way we have forged partnerships with leaders in the industry - among them a top dispenser manufacturer with ties to Pepsi. With their help we have been able to build and manufacture Drink Machines right here in the United States.

We have secured a $3.2 Million order, and have verbal commitments and LOI drafts from 5 different international clients. These relationships will help foster our international growth upon manufacturing completion.

We are slated to complete production at our plant in Adelanto, California this July, with Drink Machines shipping to our initial backers in August. Soon we will begin filling flavor bullets at our packing plants in Anaheim and Detroit, for nationwide distribution.

Our Team

Mike Breault

Inventor/developer of the SPRiZZi Drink Machine. Extensive business management from start-ups to multi-million dollar consumer electronic chains.

I will begin with myself as the founder of the Sprizzi Drink-Co. I have extensive background in business management from start-up companies to seasoned multi-million dollar consumer electronics chains. I have over 25 years in manufacturing experience and was the developer and one of the cofounders of California Acoustic Laboratories in 1988. I also founded one of, at the time, was the world's largest training company in the consumer electronics industry, selling training courses used by individuals all over the world. I sold that venture to a national technical institute in 2001. For the past 12 years, I have been developing and perfecting the product, engineering, manufacturing and procedures behind Sprizzi. I will continue to work as President and CEO of Sprizzi and oversee the roll out of our warehouses, beverage mixing facilities, and distribution and training centers worldwide.

Mark Breault

Oversees technology, research and development.

Mr. Breault is the brother of Michael Breault and is responsible for Sprizzi’s Technology and R&D. Prior to Sprizzi. Mark was a Prototype Build Coordinator & Laboratory Manager at Ford Motor Co., where he was skilled in all aspects of vehicle prototyping (i.e. vehicle prototype assembly, PCB assembly, design, wiring, system failure & root cause analysis). At Ford, Mark managed 278 vehicle prototype builds, system testing at both component and vehicle level and has 21 years of Prototype Development expertise. Mark is also credited with the entire design of the SPRiZZi Connect App for both the i-phone and the android. This feature alone will assist in making SPRiZZi a household name in very short order... no pun intended.

Scott Manson

Mr. Manson is both a CPA and an Attorney. Mr. Manson represents the North Texas Business Alliance Co-Op a North Texas convenience store owner’s cooperative. Prior to that Mr. Manson was CFO of Teragren LLC, Bainbridge Island, WA an INC 5000 manufacturer and distributor of bamboo building products. In addition Mr.Manson was formerly CFO of FTM Media and The Tantivy Group both SEC reporting technology companies. Mr. Manson received a BBA, cum laude, from Hofstra University and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. With the help of Mr. Manson, SPRiZZi hopes to enjoy the fast track to success with regards to a possible future IPO based on his prior experience and talents.

Mr. Banks is the driving force behind several start-up ventures. Most recently he founded and steered the development and growth of one of New York’s premier providers of physical therapy services, NY SportsMed. Adam grew NY SportsMed into one of New York City’s largest and busiest orthopedic practices. Adam attributes the success of this company to a strong brand name, outstanding patient centered services, and aggressive online marketing. Adam is often hired to consult on start-up ventures and work as an interim executive. Adam has been involved in startups as diverse as jet leasing, video-visitation systems in prisons, to healthcare ventures. Adam can take a company from the “back-of-the-napkin” stages to multi-million dollar successes. Adam will graduate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA in May 2013 with concentrations in finance and economics. He is deeply committed to philanthropy centered on harm reduction and suicide prevention among teenagers.

Mr. Ramanathan has 20 years industry experience in Information technology, apparel and recently with manufacturing and marketing of pre-engineered buildings for automotive industry (Car Wash, Lube Center, C Stores). His experience revolves around managing businesses, technology consulting and marketing. He specialized in marketing courses for his MBA and has experience with building businesses from ground up. He heads Redefined Corp, a New York based consulting firm and also owns Universal Buildings a manufacturer of Pre-engineered buildings. SPRiZZi also has big plans for Mr. Ramanathan when the time comes to introduce the international market to their brand as he has a vast number of vital contacts overseas.
