Veterans Protection and Support Services (VPSS) is a defense contracting firm based near Fort Bragg, North Carolina and offering security, detection, project management, consulting, and support services from highly trained, highly qualified retired military experts.

Every year, thousands of proud servicemen and -women conclude their service to their country and re-enter the private workforce. These men and women are highly trained and experienced experts in their field, yet with no academic degree and the "baggage" that many employers associate with active duty, they often struggle to find employment as private citizens.

Meanwhile, there are numerous public and private sector companies, both domestically and internationally, that are in need of manpower in the exact fields where veterans are most qualified. Not least among these is the US Government itself, which routinely posts thousands of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) seeking private sector support every day.

At VPSS, we bring the right veterans with the right skill sets together with the right opportunities, providing high-quality defense contracting services to public- and private-sector organizations with a wide range of needs.

Based in Fayetteville, NC—home to major US Army special forces hub Fort Bragg—VPSS offers manpower support in a variety of areas, all performed by highly quaified, US military-trained professionals. The location is ideal as it is also in proximity to MARSOC or Marine Special Operations Command 2 hours away in Jacksonville, NC. Thus, VPSS' location offers near immediate access to 2 of the 5 special operations headquarters. VPSS skill sets include:VPSS staffs, plans, organizes, controls and directs all projects undertaken by our personnel. With no need to recruit, onboard, train or manage VPSS associates, our clients—which include both public and private sector businesses on both a domestic and an internaitonal scale—save significant resources in money, time and effort.

VPSS is a legally formed C-Corp, and proud to be a service veteran-owned and disabled veteran-owned company.

We have already identified and contacted several key staff members who were former Green Berets that operated for decades in the following regions: Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. These professionals are subject matter experts not only with the cultures of those geographic regions, but also experts in: personal security details, static security, foreign internal defense, military operations, special forces consultation and/or operations, logistics, administration, human resources and a host of other key skill sets constantly in demand by both private and public sector organizations.

We have been in contact with other contracting companies in varying specialties about the possibility of future partnerships. They include static security, personal security detail, K-9 operations, security and risk assessments, cybersecurity, construction, aerospace, communications both internet and satellite, and international consultation.

Potential client opportunities are already emerging: we have met with several companies in Africa, the U.S., and Dubai that are in need of security services, K-9 services, and international life support.

We have built a fully-functional website to educate interested parties about our mission, values, and available opportunities.

As military veterans themselves, the leaders of the VPSS team understand too well the challenges that veterans face when it comes time for them to re-enter the private sphere. The vast majority of veterans suffer a disability as a result of their service, do not separate with a degree, and many suffer from posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a result of their experiences in active combat.

VPSS understands the problems veterans face, but they also know full well what this distinguished group brings to the fight. That's why VPSS makes it a priority to hire former veterans and provide them the security of employment, as well as any help they may need to cope. Veterans are truly America’s heroes, and they deserve the opportunity to prove their worth in their post-military careers.

As a way of saying thanks to our wounded and fallen heroes, VPSS also intends to partner with the Wounded Warrior Project and Special Operations Warrior Foundation, two charity groups dedicated to providing support to the families our fallen veterans leave behind.
