Quick Pitch

Real estate throughout regional parts of the US are in a strong recovery. With this in mind, 43Penny is actively involved in researching, locating, and acquiring deeply discounted properties well-heeled districts and implementing one of a number of strategies to convert that asset profitably.

We look for older homes with "good bones" and eith wholesale, rehab and sell or hold them in order to achieve consistent returns for ourselves and our client investors, contractors, flippers and clients holding real estate as a part of their self-directed retirement account. As a result, 43Penny doesn't look to be at the top of the market, but rather seeks to create good value for value investing for all of our partners.

 

Competitive Edge

43Penny has a competitive edge over other "flippers" due to having an extensive network of sub-contractors and project managers in several markets. Our principals are located in different states, and are able to spread project management duties easily. This ensures that projects remain within budget and are completed on time in order to assure a profitable return for investors. 43Penny is the buyer, designer, and contractor; creating a deep vested interest in ensuring that projects are completed quickly and efficiently.

We also work with the top 1% of realtors in the top markets in order to acquire private listings, trust or estate properties, and other unique opportunities that are not available to most competitors. As a result, we are able to obtain homes well under current market values.

At 43Penny, a passion for real estate investing, finding excellent values and transforming aging, dated properties into modern, up-scale, saleable homes is at the core of our business.

Craig Vallarino

Craig comes from a background of sales and marketing, with most of his career being spent in early stage and high growth companies. His responsibilities included tactical marketing, branding and look and feel. Craig's passion is for real estate was sparked in his teens when he used to do property management and maintenance on some of his family's 28 resdiential rental properties. He jettisoned from the Silicon Valley and kick-started a career in development, where he has worked for the last 4 years.  

Charles Bobo

Charles is an entrepreneur and has been for over 20 years, having owned his own marketing firm. He has an extensive history of developing business plans and assisting organizations in obtaining capital, from grants to venture funding. He has worked closely with partner Craig Vallarino to fund a wireless broadband company in 2009 and collaborated with Craig again to form 43Penny. 

Dana Elkhart

Dana has 20+ years buidling and large scale commercial development experience across the United States. From multi-use, multi-tenant projects to large scale industrial and upscale residential, Dana's unique mix of experience allows 43Penny to partner with contractors that will provide high quality work at cost effective prices, giving us a significant strategic and tactical advantage from start to finish.
