Mobile Protective Systems creates land- and air-based mobile devices that protect domestic and international clients from terrorism and other socially disruptive and deadly events.

Our vehicle hide is designed to give responders an observation and shooting deck for fast response time while keeping them safe and away from the area of conflict.

Terrorism and other situations of harm have become all too common. During these events, situational perspective and distance are critical in ending the incident quickly and with as few casualties as possible.

However, current solutions to harmful events lack situational distance and perspective.

For example, the Las Vegas shooter was shooting downward from an elevated position. If someone had been positioned even a quarter of a mile away, the shooter wouldn’t have seen the responder, who would have been able to effect a solution quickly rather than going through a time-consuming breach at the scene.

Additionally, ground-level interdiction puts many people in harm’s way. First responders can also be met with secondary and tertiary threats, including those that are hidden.

A better solution is needed to help quickly end harmful situations while keeping responders and others safe.

The vehicle hide also enables responders to utilize the observation platform to monitor crowd behavior and movement from afar, allowing them to call in the appropriate reinforcements or change lines of demonstration based on the situation.

With multiple police, natural forest police, and others driving these vehicles in a community, the vehicle hide makes response time fast while keeping responders away from the conflict area and out of the attacker’s line of sight.

The vehicle hide is also a UAV launch and UAV Frequency Jamming platform for winged or quad copter UAV’s.

The vehicle hide is mounted to a pickup truck and kept under a soft cover to prevent it from being identifiable as a tool of law enforcement. Accessories include a tent-style weather shelter, captain’s observation chair, UAV Jamming equipment, UAV Launch equipment a vehicle lift kit.

UAV DEPLOYMENT:
The vehicle hide can be used as a UAV launch pad.  This means that the launch area can be as close as ¼ to 1 mile of the affected areas. When quick action is necessary, this is a significant boon to law enforcement.

FAST RESPONSE TIME:
Having responders drive through communities while using vehicle hides ensures there are always people ready to respond at a moment’s notice to terrorism and other life-threatening events.
Since users of the vehicle hide only need to be within a 1 mile radius from the area of conflict, they’re able to deploy within seconds or minutes based on the terrain.

SAFETY:
The vehicle hide enables responders to immediately make an observation and handle a situation while staying out of the hostile’s line of sight and out of the conflict area. If a 2nd or 3rd active aggressor is in a region overhead UAV’s  (thermal) can highlight additional trouble spots.

FORESTED AREAS
The captain-style chair that attaches to the platform gives resource officers an observation platform not normally available. Its lower height and proximity to the scene enables officers to respond quickly to instances of people attempting to harm infrastructure located outside of urban areas.

Product Development:
CAD work is underway as we focus on making the best and most effective design possible.

Customer Acceptance:
We’ve started pre-sales inquiries and will use pitch brochures and PowerPoint presentations to generate interest.

We’ve also reviewed the vehicle hide with parks law enforcement and natural resource personnel, who have determined that our product is something they could readily add to their budgets.
