Rowe's CBD is a retail business that sells hemp CBD products. We are seeking a $50,000 loan with a 10% annual interest rate. The debt will be repaid within 60 months.

Product/Service Details

Rowe's CBD sells hemp CBD products such as the hemp flower, vape oils, tinctures, edibles, creams and bath bombs, drinks, smokables (hemp flower), CBD pet products, and more.

Traction & Accomplishments

We initially started out at a kiosk cart inside a local mall. We have since grown into a storefront and are now looking into a second location. Our sales are around $10,000 a month for the current location and we are expecting anywhere between $15,000 to $20,000 a month for the second location within a few months time. We also trademarked the phrase "CBD Life" which we plan to license out to clothing manufacturers and other companies to put on general merchandise. Our plans are to franchise out into further locations and we feel that we can market our business model and the usage of CBD Life to potential franchisees in order to get people interested in franchising with us.

How We're Different

Rowe's CBD offers a delightful customer experience with a friendly and professional staff that is very knowledgeable about our products. We also have the largest selection of hemp CBD products in the local area of over 350,000 people. Our best selling product is the hemp flower which no other CBD shop in the area has such a wide variety of strains fo choose from. We currently carry at least 7 strains at a time which the only other store that sells the hemp flower in the area only carrys one strain. We also offer some of the strains in our own Brand with our own packagingand labels. We out beat our competitors on pricing.
