ISINA Academy (www.isina.com) which was founded by Walter Afanasieff, multiple Grammy award-winning record producer and songwriter. ISINA will be producing five reality shows that will be distributed through the internet on the AdPalz platform. The first is similar to the popular television show - The Voice. Integration and implementation of this will take place during the first quarter of 2015.

SportStars (www.sportstarsonline.com) is a California high school sports magazine with a readership of 500,000 planning to go national in 2015. AdPalz is their digital expansion solution.

Kerry brings over 30 years of experience in the telecom, high-tech and internet startup industries to AdPalz. He was CEO of MyDotCom, as well as CEO of HighWired Technologies Inc., a social network multimedia startup that was awarded the VMA’s Innovation Forum Award. He was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Synchron Networks, VP Marketing Alltel ExcelerateNow, Director at Pacific Bell launching Pacific Telesis International and the California State Lottery. He graduated Magna Cum Laude for his BS degree and holds an MBA from SFSU. He loves to meditate, play tennis, rock out with his guitar, and serve on non-profits.

Steven has helped lead and develop startup and rapid-growth organizations across a variety of industries since 1991. The majority of his work has been in the hi-tech sector. He has served as COO and Co-Founder of Lilluxe Inc., COO at HomeFree USA, COO at Burrp!, and EVP of Professional Services at WebWare Inc.

Steven's early career was in Architectural Design, Landscape Architecture and Planning, and Golf Course Design. Currently, his consulting practice focuses on Executive Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Vision and Strategy. He has a BS in Environmental Planning and Management from the University of California, Davis.

Michael focuses on revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales. He is a recognized expert in digital media, having held Senior Sales and Business Development positions for leading website companies including: Internet Movie Database (IMDb), theglobe.com (one of the first social media sites), and FortuneCity.com. He co-founded the first Sales and Marketing Internet Trade Association in San Francisco (SIASF) dedicated to education and inspiring innovation in digital marketing and advertising. Michael specializes in sales growth for software, SaaS, digital media, and Ad Tech.

Mr. Wiseman brings over 30 years of experience in the High-Tech and Internet Startup industries to AdPalz.  His focus has been on large, high volume transaction processing systems from the early days at the technically acclaimed database pioneer Ingress Systems to his years leading development efforts at Independence Technologies and the enterprise software pioneer BEA Systems.  Mr. Wiseman received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Pacific Lutheran University in 1984.
