Adventure Zone (AZ) is in the business of having FUN!  AZ offers vacationers the opportunity to explore the world for “Pennies on the Dollar” with our new travel card program.  With AZ you can be a part of our vacation family winning cruises, trips and  other giveaways or just have fun going on a Treasure Hunt.  We offer a variety of options for the beginner or novice traveler to the most discerning experienced traveler with discriminating taste.

AZ offers an exclusive line of travel and vacation cards that include: Our VIP CRUISE CARD, RESORT CARD, ANNUAL CONDO CARD, VEGAS ADVANTAGE CARD plus an exclusive line of DESTINATION CARDS to 25 of the most traveled cities in the U.S. and CAR RENTAL CARDS plus various new cards being introduced this year.

RESORT PROGRAM - Adventure Zone offers the largest condo inventory in the world.  Our inventory offers over 2 million weeks per year in over 150 countries.  Each week we email a Hot List that features condo deals all over the world starting as low as $100 for the week.  We also offer a 60 Days Out feature that has over 3000 additional condos all at greatly reduced rates all bookable within 60 days of travel.  If you've ever thought about owning a Time-Share......STOP!!!  Save yourself thousands of dollars and years of headaches.  With our condo program you can go anywhere you want, anytime you want, as often as you want and there are no presentations, no sales pitch, no maintenance fees and no ownership dues.  All units range from 1-6 bedrooms, in 2-5 star resorts and best of all, in many of our properties you can stay for a week for what it would cost to stay in a hotel for a night.  Imagine taking your family on that long overdue vacation you've been promising, all for the cost of a one night hotel stay.  No more renting two hotel rooms just to accommodate the whole family, now you can all stay in a condo, complete with all the amenities including kitchens in a resort atmosphere.

One other exciting feature we've incorporated into our program that no one else has, online we offer over 120,000 hotels worldwide, plus an additional 83,000 when you call our vacation center.  We guarantee the lowest rate per night (based on availability) to our members, but what's also exciting is we've combined our HOTEL and Condo cards to form our new RESORT CARD.  Now you can receive all the features/benefits of both cards into one great program.

Our Condo Program - offers three unique components providing Travelers access to this exclusive system: Condo Search Engine, Hot Weeks, 60 Days Out.  Unlike any of the online travel retailers such as Travelocity, Orbitz or Expedia we provide one of the most comprehensive inventory listings of over 2 million weeks of availability in over 150 countries for condos, villas, suites, cottages and private homes.  We also found that over 70% of all condos are booked within 60 days of travel, so in addition to our EXCLUSIVE condo engine, we also launched a new feature called “Featured Resorts” added to our condo program.

CRUISE PROGRAM - We have over 13,000 cruise itineraries in our system and unlike other online travel retailers who have only 6000 itineraries and charge a $15 p/person booking fee, we do not charge a service fee to book a cruise and our cruise call center has over 500 live agents.  Also, as a member of Adventure Zone we offer free cruise giveaways, discounted Members only cruises, Monthly Cruizers Newsletter, Free customized luggage tags, VIP boarding on select sailings, Free First Time Cruizers Kit and best of all in-room credits with each cruise as an Adventure Zone Member.  No other company boosts benefits like these.

Member only cruises:

  • Theme cruises customized for members that offer a great range of destinations, itineraries, lengths, and price ranges.
  • Many featured cruise are below market price.
  • All member only cruises provide additional amenities for members such as onboard credits, cabin upgrades, in-cabin welcome gifts, etc.

DESTINATION ADVANTAGE CARD PROGRAM - We also offer a full line of Destination Cards.  Like our other products, this program offers tremendous value and additional discounts on items such as restaurants, shows, tours & attractions, dining, golf, accommodations and much more, exclusive to our Members.  Our first destination card is the Vegas Advantage Card which has over $500 in savings.  Our next card slated to be released shortly is the Orlando Advantage Card, with the same savings of $500+ and tremendous value.  A total of 25 destination cards for cities such as: New York, Myrtle Beach, San Diego, and other resort areas are currently in development.

Who Is Our Target Audience & How Do We Reach Them?

We have 3 core target groups for Adventure Zone:

  1. Baby-Boomers Community:  Are a prime marketing target with a significant portion of the population, 77 million in all. Baby Boomers are entering the retirement phase of their life and have time on their hands, they also have disposable income and they love to take vacations.
  2. Family Vacations: With an emphasis on building the family vacation market, our goal is to provide affordable vacations to families who would otherwise not be able to afford a vacation, specifically the condo/resort market.
  3. Social-Business Community: Social-business networking without borders.  We have members and visitors from more than 150 countries that visit our site. A big part of this funding will go to expand our international presence through social and viral marketing.

With three specific target markets, three marketing strategies will be implemented:

  1. Baby-Boomers Community:  This market segment is a prime audience for our program.  We will attract them through social media, viral marketing, radio & TV ads as well as popular travel magazine(s) along with various other print mediums.
  2. Family Vacations: National marketing campaigns through the travel industry, plus our Travel Partner program, in addition to radio and TV promoting and directing traffic to our site. Giveaways, contests and a Treasure Hunt offered through local and national advertising venues (listed below).
  3. Social-Business Community: via weekly and monthly newsletters that keep members updated and informed about vacations, cruises, specials, treasure hunts and giveaways.  As well as special events geared to Travel Parties.

With our domestic following in full swing, we want to expand our presence internationally.  Especially in light of the latest developments in the condo rental market and because of our strategic alliances, AZ is now the only company able to offer the Condo Program to international travelers.  Very recently, the domestic condo market closed to international travelers due to changes to the US condo rental laws, meaning if you are someone from Canada or Mexico (as examples), they no longer have access to the US condo market.  However, because of our alliances with our strategic partners, we can offer condos to anyone, anywhere around the globe. We will use this to our advantage, creating an international following as well as building our domestic foundation.

We intend to provide exceptional, personalized service and a feeling of "family", which is a crucial factor in building our "community of travelers" and protecting the Adventure Zone brand.  Our goal is to offer monthly vacation specials, quarterly Theme Cruises as well as hosting regular travel events, such as travel parties and promotional events, allowing our Executive Team to work in the field, meeting our "family of travelers" and introducing new products, hosting exciting events and building community, while insuring the highest quality service.

How We're Different

Nobody offers what Adventure Zone offers. Not only do we offer the ability for families to take that vacation they thought was out of reach, but AZ is poised for rapid growth in the vacation/travel/resort industry with the top three ingredients going for it: price, quality, service as well as Fun!  We are seeking funding to take advantage of a window of opportunity for introducing a “new and innovative” concept. This business has the potential to dominate the market.

His expertise includes: Operations, Sales, Marketing, Promotion, Seminars and Training. Jeff worked for the largest seminar and training company in the country for 10 years.
