We are rolling, full steam ahead, on creating an amazing space for a designated aerial yoga studio to serve East Texas! The location is great, and plans are coming together. Now we need YOU to jump on board and help us finish out our funding to make this the very best venue it can be!

Aerial Yoga Tyler is getting a new home of our very own! The FLY & LOVE Yoga Lounge will be located on one of the fastest growing corridors in Tyler. Just 3.5 miles south of Fresh on Old Jacksonville Hwy, we will also be the only yoga studio in the Bullard/Flint/Gresham area. Our 2500 sf custom-designed space will house an 1100 sf studio, offering a full schedule of aerial yoga (with 11 swings!), as well as gentle, restorative and flow yoga. But that's not all! We also have three rooms for bodywork therapy; a retail shop for yoga props and apparel, essential oils, locally made products and crafts; and a spacious lounge with a self-serve coffee and tea bar, snacks, and room to hang out and chill.

Since we began offering classes in our current location on October 1, 2015, the response has been overwhelming. We have six, open-enrollment classes per week, and they are regularly sold out two weeks in advance, with a waiting list. Additionally, I've been booking 1-3 private classes per week. Most people who try a class end up buying an extended class package and coming back for more -- usually, bringing friends along! All of this has happened, based solely on Facebook advertising and word of mouth. And it has happened in a location which is not on a major thoroughfare for most of our clientele, with no exterior signage to advertise, and with limited use due to sharing the space with other classes and instructors. Can you imagine how business would boom if we were in a prime location with a big ol' FLY & LOVE YOGA LOUNGE sign out front, and could offer classes whenever we wanted?! Can you imagine a funky, bohemian event venue for things like Community Kirtan? Meaningful Movie Night? Birthday parties, wedding receptions, kids' classes, life-affirming workshops? Well, that's exactly what we're excited to make a reality! 

Aerial Yoga Tyler is the first and only designated aerial yoga program -- and now studio! -- in East Texas. Aerial yoga, while based on sound principles of yoga alignment and efficacy, offers unique opportunities to stretch and strengthen using partial- to full-body suspension. And our studio will be the ONLY place around where you can relax in a cocoon during Savasana! But it's not just the aerial yoga that sets us apart. Or the fact that we will have bodywork therapists onsite. Or our quirky retail nook. Our lounge is going to be a one-of-a-kind hangout in this area. Patrons will have the opportunity to linger and visit or doodle or play board games or read. Space for like-spirited friends to meet and connect with others and Self. Space to just BE.

The Zen Elephant mural ("Zenella") will be LIFE-SIZED on one wall of the studio, decorated with fabric scraps, mosaic tiles, bits of mirrors, ribbons.

The IMAGINE PEACE mural -- inspired by John Lennon's memorial, pictured below -- will be an 8' tall peace sign made of paper and fabric flowers, with the word "Imagine" written inside the open spaces in different languages and mediums:
