We use specialized unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in precision agriculture to grow more crops and use less chemicals.

AgScan Inc. provides a service using low altitude unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to ascertain temperature conditions on the farm, moisture or irrigation effectiveness, pest infestation, plant diseases, and tips for applying fertilizer and pesticides to reduce costs. ASI's Patent pending UAV technology coupled with pending FAA exclusivity will provide a unique position to provide advanced precision agriculture to farms in the United States. Also this technology will give farms the ability to proactively address matters rather than retroactively which is time consuming and expensive.

We are currently in our experiemental phase which is one level short of FAA certification. We maintain research facilities in Broomall, PA (Indoor training center), and in Porterville, CA (50-acre farm).

Our primary Tractions & Accomplishments are:

Several Patents Currently in Development

Early entry into a new market with a high demand as well as a high product placement as a whole

Pending FAA Exclusivity of the Industry allows for the expertise and skills of our scientist and pilots to give AgScan a primary placement at the top of the new market.

As a S-Corp we are able to offer our investors K1 tax deductions which benefit them as long as they are listed investors.

Our competitive advantages are that this industry is new to the USA and very few companies have the expertise, background, education, and technological team to make this industry function legally under Federal Policy. Also, AgScan’s patent pending UAV scanning technology coupled with the pending FAA exclusivity will provide a unique position to provide advanced precision agriculture to farms coast-to-coast in the United States.
