American Telehealthcare (www.ATelehealthcare.com) is a new division of Horizon Healthcare, Inc. (www.HorizonHealthcareInc.com).  Horizon has been in business since 1990.  We provide services in outpatient clinics, prisons, physician offices, residential treatment centers (through our Matt Talbot Recovery Services, Inc. affiliate - www.MTRCINC.com), etc; and now via cloud-based clinics.  Our corporate offices are located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We have developed a proprietary platform, AT e-Psych, that enables pyschiatrists, advanced nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other heatlhcare professionals to connect with patients over the internet using high quality video-conferencing.  Our platform is completely HIPAA-compliant.  Patients can access our healthcare professionals from literally anywhere, with an internet-enabled device (PC, laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc.)  All our healthcare professionals are licensed to practice in the State where the patient is located.  Prescriptions are sent electronically to a pharmacy of the patient's choice.  All the patient has to do is to pick up the medication; there is no need to drop off the script.  Patient can pay us via cash or credit card for a 40% discount, or we bill their insurance carrier.  We accept dozens of insurance plans.  Our telehealtcare locations ("distant sites" from where we provide services) are State-licensed.  (The patient is in what is know as an "originating site", which can be virutally anywhere.)

We provide mental health and related services using a state-of-the-art proprietary video and audio conferenceing platform.  We make it easy and convenient for patients to access their physician or other provider safely, efficiently and effectively.  All our services - patient care, scheduling, billing, medical records, etc. - are electronic and cloud-based.  Patients can see their provider from anywhere at virtually anytime.

Since we launched our telehealthcare services in April of 2013, we have provided approximately 700 paid patient encounters, validating our model.
