For over 25 years, Mr. Ruszczyk has worked in capital markets and the financial services industry. Mr. Ruszczyk has worked at JPMorgan, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Ruszczyk has financed, founded, and built companies in the food technology sector for the last 5 years.

For more than a decade, Mr. Condron has worked for privately and publicly held cannabis companies focusing on financing, real estate, and overall business advisory. BS in Accounting, Licensed CPA. 

Ms. Nelson has lead Fortune 500 focused finance, M&A, and business development teams across Europe, North America, and Asia. Since 2011, Ms. Nelson has been the CFO of a real estate investment company. During this time, Ms. Nelson worked with private investors, venture capitalists, and banks over many years.

Mr. Sisson has over 10 years of commercial real estate portfolio management. Throughout his career Mr. Sisson has enacted $7b+ in transactions. Mr. Sisson posses a  BS in Banking & Finance, an MBA in Finance, and is a JD.

Mr. Clancy has over 14 years of commercial real estate sales and lease transactions, including development and cannabis industry M&A.  Mr. Clancy earned a BS in Finance & Real Estate and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Dr. Topintzi has 20 years of senior relationship management and family office management experience. Dr. Topintzi served an extensive tenure at Deutsche Bank. Ms. Topintzi has a PhD in Mathematics.

Mr. Boyette has over 30 years of global investment management, financial planning, angel investing, and business consulting. BS in Business, AAMS

Mr. Sedlin has over 25 years of corporate management with 5 successful exits.  Founder of Canndescent, California’s premier cannabis flower brand. He has a BA from Georgetown and an MBA from Harvard.
