Ashley Home Care Services founder Lance Ashley knows firsthand just how important good help is when caring for a disabled loved one. His daughter Lucy, was diagnosed before birth with spina bifida, the most common permanently disabling birth defect in the United States. Lance's experience caring for Lucy made him think about the thousands of other families across the country struggling to care for their disabled loved ones, and he decided he wanted to be part of the solution.
