Guy has extensive international experience in general management, sales, marketing, product line management, manufacturing and finance. Through the 1990’s, Guy held the positions of: Finance Director, and Director of Business Strategy and Development at Nortel Europe. In 1999 he was transferred to the United States as Vice President and General Manager of Nortel wireless access. In 2005, he took over as Vice President and General Manager of Airspan Networks wireless access division. In 2007, Guy left the telecom industry to take the position of Vice President and GM of Sales and Marketing for Imagik International where he was asked to lead the company’s rapid expansion into the inflight entertainment field. He continued his immersion in the airline industry by starting Donica International Inc., a Florida based FAA approved aviation company that manufactures, markets, sells and supports Digital Media Reproducers to Western based airlines. Guy with his wife Janie also own a Hair Salon in Weston, Florida and the experience in running and promoting a small local business has been the inspiration and test site behind Bizzability LLC which he founded in 2010, ; he has recently sold his intrest in Donica to focus he considerable energies on Bizzability full time. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University, London, and is a Chartered Management Accountantant (ACMA) as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant

With almost 20 of years of legal experience as a U.S. based attorney Jeff has a broad background in complex litigation and negotiation, corporate law, employment law, finance, and civil procedure, having practiced in the Federal and State Courts of multiple jurisdictions. Jeff has held many legal positions throughout his career and from 2006 to 2012, he was President and Senior Partner in the Midwest based law firm of Johnson, Welch & Ausman, PC. In 2010, he became involved with the legal development and marketing of Bizzability.com. In January of 2012, he left the Midwest for Florida and devoted himself fulltime to Bizzability. In November of 2012, having worked on the companies WiFi hardware/software solution over the previous year, Jeffrey became COO, Secretary and Chief Legal Counsel to the common management aviation company Donica International, Inc. He holds active Law Licenses in Nebraska and Iowa. Jeffrey holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Creighton University School of Law.

With over twenty years of software development experience, Lorin has an extensive background in full-cycle product development. He has developed systems in multiple industries including health care, financial systems, oil and gas, wireless applications, gaming and insurance, using a wide variety of tools and technologies including Java, C#, Delphi, ASP.NET, VB, Object Oriented Design & Programming, J2EE, ASP, XML, XAML, Ruby on Rails, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX and more, which has provided him with a unique perspective on software architecture, design and development. His Specialties include architectural design of Database Systems, Client/Server and n-tier Applications and GUI Interfaces. Technologies used include Component Based Design, COM / DCOM, Object Oriented Analysis & Design, Object Oriented Programming, Agile Software Development, Java 2 Enterprise Edition, Microsoft.NET. Solid understanding languages such as DELPHI, Java, C# and Visual Basic. Hands-on experience with MS-SQL, mySQL, HTML, ASP, Java, ASP.NET, PHP, Ruby, PERL and JavaScript.

Mary studied Graphic Design at the University of Hawaii! Commencing her career as an Illustrator for a group of Industrial training consultants, she progressed through to Director of Graphic Design and Marketing for Meadowcraft Furniture Company. In 2007, she became a freelance designer and worked under an exclusive contract for Jimmy Buffet and was responsible for branding, logo design, vector illustrations, Photoshop and publications. Since 2008, Mary has been Director of Graphic Design and Marketing for Ocean Media Systems, a mega-yacht audiovisual company which in 2010 was ranked #62 in Forbes most promising companies. She was responsible for graphic design, multimedia, marketing and international relationship building.

Guy continues his successful career in designing and installing Audio Visual and Information Technology on some of the largest private Yachts in the world. The requirements of these yachts require the provision of the very latest in technology with enterprise levels of reliability and service in the very toughest environmental conditions. His has recently taken on a role at Bizzability are to ensure that our Hardware platforms and servers have the highest level of availability and to also roll out our Bizzability Hot Spot Strategy to provide our app customers with secure wifi to their customers, while driving application downloads.
