CONSTRUCTION RISK FORECAST
BRICKEYE: FAST FACTS

Brickeye combines durable construction sensors and AI data to deliver real-time alerts, daily emails and deep-dive reports of potentially hazardous conditions.

Our precise construction risk forecasting increases productivity, quality and safety at project sites.

CONSTRUCTION RISK FORECAST
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS

In the construction industry, a fire, water problem, temperature issue, hazardous gasses or even excess noise can lead to delays and millions of dollars in damages.

With a crystal ball or magic spell, project managers could see into the future and take steps to stop these instances from wasting time and money.

Since the construction industry isn’t built on magic, stakeholders dedicate employees to fire watch or water watch. This process is costly and a poor use of employee time and talents.

Plus, hazards and delays still hit, pushing the limits of the schedule and the budget.

CONSTRUCTION RISK FORECAST
A WATCHFUL EYE

Brickeye was created by a construction industry team for construction industry teams to protect safety and the bottom line.

CONSTRUCTION RISK FORECAST
STRONG, SMART SENSORS

Construction sites are harsh environments, especially for electronics.

Traditional sensors have some challenges. They don’t hold up well to dust, water or extreme temperatures. They’re expensive and prone to theft. Lack of power and reliable internet service prohibits installation at some site locations.

Brickeye uses sensors that are created and rated for endurance in tough industrial environments. They use lithium batteries for an eight-year lifespan. Plus, they’re mounted and locked to keep them from falling into the wrong hands.

The installed sensors transmit data by radio frequency that’s 10 times more powerful than WiFi, then communicate with our servers via independent cellular network.

With our construction industry background, the Brickeye team understands that a project site is an ever-changing world. We also know what areas of the site are most at risk during each phase and will move sensors when needed to ensure project protection.

Our solution monitors and reports on noise, temperature, humidity, air quality, water presence, water flow, worker count, human presence, carbon monoxide and natural gas.

AI THAT’S QUICK TO LEARN

As impressive and durable as our sensors are, it’s not all about the hardware for us.

The true power of the Brickeye solution comes from the data and analytics.

Our database is mission critical and our AI is getting smarter all the time. They improve the reliability of tracking hazardous variables and allow us to provide accurate, real-time alerts.

As we process sensor data and site analytics, we can deliver increasingly valuable data to our customers.
