What We Do

B.R.U.C. stands for Build. Repair. Upgrade. Customize. Computers. We are also a retail company that sells computer hardware, software, desktops, notebooks, electronics, HDTVs, video games and supplies. B.R.U.C. Computers takes orders from its online catalog at bruccomputers.com.

How It Works

Upgrading a computer 90% of the time cheaper than buying a brand new computer. We focus on helping customer's by saving them money instead of trying to sell them the next new and expensive product. Plus our services are so affordable that almost everybody can afford it.

Why Buy / How We're Different

People buy from us because we build a customer relationship with them. Our target market ranges from males 13 years old - 60 years old. We can help the younger generation with building them custom gaming computers for an affordable cost. With the older generation of males, we can service them by coming to their house and repair or upgrade their computers for a very affordable cost. Being a small business, we are able to talk with each customer and understand their needs. If they bring in a computer to repair, they will get to meet that technician and only work with that one technician. Any big box store, you never know who is helping you nor do you know who is servicing your products, and most of the time in big box stores, it takes a week or longer to get your computer back. On average, a computer repair will take only 1-2 days, depending on the severity. We have a very quick turn around time, and even for some customers, we are able to loan them a replacement computer until their computer is repaired. This allows them to have no down time on any work they may have to do or any social networking they are currently doing.

History, Traction, & Why We're Raising

In August 2008, B.R.U.C. Computers opened a 850-square-foot store in Bloomingdale, Illinois at Stratford Square Mall. After being there for 1 year, B.R.U.C. Computers closed the retail store and devoted it's efforts to the online market. B.R.U.C. Computers has recently announced adding new distribution company, which are proud to be the leading authorized distributor for top brands such as Acer, Asus, Gigabyte, LG, Logitech, Microsoft, MSI, nVidia, Samsung, Super Talent, Toshiba and Western Digital. This is B.R.U.C. Computer's LARGEST distributor to date, which has locations at San Jose, California, Los Angeles, California, Miami, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia, Trenton, New Jersey, and Chicago, Illinois. This allows B.R.U.C. Computers optimal shipping from anywhere in the United States for most of the online products. We are raising money so we can open a 10,000 square foot retail store in Bloomingdale, IL. We want to be able to hire a team of at least 30 new employees that would range from part time through management. This would open up a great market for students who are going to school to be computer technicians. They would be able to use their skills and degrees as a repair technician. We also want to make sure that everybody knows there is always an alternative to a big box company. We strive in helping people and families with the computer needs. With the money, we would also be able to have classes teaching people (in both English & Spanish speaking) how to use a computer, tablet, iPad, or another computer device.
