Gary Carder | Founder and Managing Member

• Carder grew up in Indiana on a Holstein cow dairy and fell in love with animals
• He was allergic to cow milk so his parents kept a dairy goat specifically for him
• He served in the US Army, stationed abroad and has traveled to about 68 countries
• Started breeding animals in 2001 and has had great success
• He started breeding goats in 2009 and methodically grew a proprietary herd and established Capream Dairy LLC
• Capream’s herd produces the highest-quality, best-tasting and nutrient-rich milk in the US

Gerald Rogers | Farm Manager

• Started his career in the horticulture industry, managing garden centers and working with plants for 10 years in Washington and Arizona
• Hosted a Home Gardening Radio Program and is a Master Gardener
• Rogers assisted Carder in breeding animals and growing the dairy in a manner which we would grow the herd and establish Capream as a local producer and only USDA Grade A Dairy in Northern Arizona

Stephen Whisman | Operations and Administration

• Attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies
• Upon graduating, Whisman accepted a position as a programmer for a global software as a service (SAS) company
• In 2019 Whisman became a remote employee, which also created the opportunity to move to Prescott and help assist Capream in commercial expansion

Jeff Goodnough | Operations, Production and Manufacturing

• Goodnough has cultivated his love of tools and process development across parallel careers in restaurants and construction
• Supports the different arms of the business by assisting managers to develop processes and best practices to ensure the health of the goats and the utmost quality of Capream dairy products
• Goodnough focuses on the processing and production and prefers spending his time with the animals
