What We Do

We are a Virtual Assistant Staffing Agency that provides Virtual Assistants to small businesses and real estate professionals. Our assistants are highly skilled and trained to provide seamless administrative support for your business remotely.

How It Works

We provide you with a team of Virtual Assistants to assist you with the day to day operations of your business. Because our assistants work in teams you don't have to worry about issues that can have a detrimental effect on your business such as sick days, personal days and vacation time. In addition, because you are working through a staffing company you are not responsible for the benefits that you would have to provide to a traditional assistant that would work directly in your office.

Our target market is any individual/small business who needs an administrative assistant or personal assistant. This market consists of over 2 million potential clients even with less than 1% of that market share we become a multi-million dollar company.

History, Traction, & Why We're Raising

The idea for Care 2 Share originally came about because of my need to find a good Real Estate Administrative Assistant. I began to look everywhere for a good assistant but unfortunately I couldn't afford what most assistants wanted as an hourly rate to work in my office full time. I then began to consider other options such as allowing a person to come in for part time hours or only on certain days but since my business wasn't part time that didn't work either. I finally began to look at alternatives to having a traditional onsite assistant. I decided that I would allow my assistant to work from home. I placed an ad for someone to work remotely and I was overwhelmed by the number of responses that I received. I hired someone and trained them in real estate administrative services. My business began to grow and I found myself needing another assistant to help with additional tasks. I repeated the training that I gave my original assistant and before long I had 4 Virtual Real Estate Administrative Assistants. I would receive so many compliments on my assistants and often agents would comment how they wish they could afford an assistant like mine. They had no idea that the assistant was working from home and that I was paying them less than 1/2 of what I would pay a traditional onsite assistant. I then began to think about the need for this type of service and after much research I decided to start a virtual assistant staffing company. We currently have over 20 Virtual Assistants with backgrounds that cover everything from real estate to small business management. Due to the diverse backgrounds of our assistants we are able to match our clients with an assistant who understands the needs of their business and are experienced in the field in which they are servicing. The reason we are raising money is because now it is time to increase our exposure to the marketplace and we want to start an aggressive outdoor sales campaign to do that.

The need for our services during this current economic season is immeasurable. The difference between success and failure for small businesses and independent contractors is the ability to keep their overhead expenses as low as possible. Care 2 Share offers businesses an opportunity to keep their expenses low without sacrificing the quality of their personnel. With the ability to further our marketing efforts through strong social media and direct marketing advertising campaigns we will not only be able to grow our business but help other businesses grow as well. The funds that we receive through our fundable campaign will be used towards these marketing efforts.

Arthur Davis, COO

Arthur D. Davis has been in the customer service industry for over 16 years. He has held management positions in Fortune 500 companies that have prepared him for his current position with Care 2 Share. Arthur understands the importance of putting the customer first and providing each customer with a pleasurable and unique experience with businesses that they choose to patronize. Arthur’s philosophy is that when customers choose to do business with a company you have to remember they always have options to choose from and your job is to make sure you are the option they choose again.

Gia Davis, CEO

Gia Davis has over 15 years of experience in real estate sales, small business management and customer service. She has held management positions in small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. Gia has also served as a Managing Broker and as an Office Manager for Real Estate Brokerages.  Because of her diverse employment background in real estate sales, finance, and customer service she understands the needs of small businesses and the importance of having a strong administrative staff to fall back on. Gia’s philosophy is that a business is only as strong as the reputation that it holds. Her goal at Care 2 Share is to provide our clients with the administrative tools to help their companies thrive grow and build strong reputations.

Camille TaVorn, Team Leader

Camille TaVorn leads Care 2 Share’s Virtual Assistance Teams providing our assistants with superior leadership including recruiting professional support & implementing sound information systems for continuous training to provide quality service to our clients. With a strong knowledge of both Real Estate & Customer Relations, Camille brings over 20 years of experience from the service sector with the philosophy that client satisfaction plays an integral role in any industries success.  Equally important is ensuring that support staff remains savvy with technologies in the marketplace because the success of our clients business is our business.  She coordinates the planning of Virtual Teams with the clear objective of progressive quality assurance from beginning to end in our ever project.
