We are a contract packing and brand company. We generate revenues from our brand and we do "white label" for other clients in both wine and spirits. The factory we have built in Downey, CA, is capable of producing $22,000,000 in revenues from the current equipment. We bottle products of all sizes and also manufacture and fill pouches for both wine and spirits. Our branded products are packaged in our design PATENTED flexible pouches, Flexpouch™ for the adult beverage/cocktail market under the Bob & Stacy's label. Our brand sells in 15 States and in three countries. The Company can manufacture pouches from 50ml to 1.75 liter or larger FlexPouch™ products of any shape. The Company can also fill bottles from in sizes from 375ml to 1.75 liters.

The Company operates out of its federally licensed and state licensed Distilled Spirits Plant (DSP) as approved by the TTB (a division of Home Land Security, with monthly audits, so NO SHRINKAGE) and ships products across the USA and to three international markets. The Company also imports wine from overseas, then bottles that wine for its contract package clients. We are expanding our contract packing operations to double our projected revenues over the next 12 months.

The Company has TWO REVENUE SOURCES.

First; it is a contract packing operation with special government approvals to package and produce wine and spirits.

Second; The Company also produces its brand of ready-to-drink cocktails (RTDs) made with real spirits, not wine or malt like all of the Company’s competitors under the brand Bob & Stacy’s® packed in FlexPouches™ the latest innovation of stand-up custom flex packaging that deliver a strong iconic shelf brand identity targeted to appeal to the active lifestyle.

The three driving points of the Company are:

1. TASTE/QUALITY/ LICENSES - The MOST important asset of Good Time Beverages is our federal approvals to operate and package wine and spirits plus our modern contract packing operations. Plus we have a growing brand. Our daily goal is to produce the best tasting spirits in the market. ALL PRODUCTS ARE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. No exceptions.

2. MANAGEMENT - Years of experience in producing and packing spirits and wine products. Our factory is a modern and easy to operate with a production center that has the latest equipment to complete custom customer orders.  Factory is owned by the Company and is fully TTB and health department compliant.

3. NOT A START UP – for the past five years, Good Time Beverages has produced and sold various types of wine and spirit products. The Company has relationships with the key national distributors and has active clients for its contract packing business that are looking and demanding more volume from the Company thereby increasing revenues.

Lastly, even if our brand is not a world wide success, we have a solid contract packing business that is growing every day.

Traction & Accomplishments

Good Time Beverages: Solid Business Fundamentals and Experiance

1) The Company is NOT dependent on petroleum pricing or other commodity raw materials. Large and ample worldwide supply of raw product for both flex packaging and adult beverage product with many raw product suppliers exist.

2) Expanded employee headcount as a result of a successful EB-5 investment program that will continue to lead to increased sales and increase ease of operations. Marketing and sales increases is the Company's goal.

3) No receivables long term or extended accounts receivable; due to the Federal requirement for adult beverage distributors to pay suppliers for alcohol beverages in 30 days. Contract packing clients pay in advance for all services.

4) 24/7/365 plant operations, plant operates all year long. Located in Downey, CA (south Los Angeles) the center of industry for Southern California, and located in the senter of one of the Company’s target markets and the 12th largest economy in the world.

5) Current production with two shifts could be $22,000,000 annually. With added machinery from this funding that number could double, and that is our goal.

6) High price margin for adult beverages at 35% net margins. Company is running at 28% NET MARGINS. Very high gross margin of 65% in the manufacture of adult beverage products. The Company is currently running at 57%. With additional line volume the Gross Margins will reach a projected 70%.

7) High demand for contact packing operators that have all of the required TTB licenses and permits to fill and package wine and spirits.

8) Proven Management with experience to operate the factory and manage clients.

How We're Different

The Company has limited competition from similar manufacturers. In fact, the Company is “first in category” with flexible pouches offering premium spirit based and wine products in the US. There is a continuing demand for Distilled Spirits Plant (DSP) operations in California as there are not enough factorys to meet demand. We are the third contract packing company that does spirits and wine in California. The two other companies are ten times larger, have been in business for over 50 years each and do not want to help smaller suppliers that might compete with their current clients.

The Company has and received PATENTS on its pouches in September 2011. GTB also has all of its Trademarks registered and owns its copyrighted formulations for its brands and for most of its clients it contract packs. 

As the growth of distilled spirits continues to be driven by the premium, super and ultra-premium brands and spirits, up +6.8% in 2014.

According to the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, (DISCUS) the national trade association, premium pre-made cocktails are up 26.8 % in volume and 29.4% in revenue. They project a 20% growth in RTD’s.

The facory of the Company can contract pack any type of spirit or wine and has done so. The operations are overseen by the TTB and the Los Angeles County Board of Health.

Unlike most companies, we strive to reach 35% Net Margins on every area of our business.

About the Team

Bob Whyte - CEO

Chief Everything Officer - sales and marketing 


Robert K. Whyte (CEO) was a founding partner in investment banking firm of Diamond Capital Partners and was previously one of the founding partners of Morgan Joseph & Co a New York based investment bank. His focus was consumer products, manufacturing, media, entertainment and aerospace. Robert's clients included both private and public firms looking to grow and acquire assets or expand by acquiring their competition. Robert has had operational experience as CEO and COO of various companies before starting his investment banking career. His substantial hands on experience as an owner and operator of both radio and cable properties, led to being a co-founding partner of Home Shopping Network a company he took public on both the AMEX and the TSX. Robert has started a successful cosmetic company that he sold to a European firm. He also was the Founder and CEO of a broadcast radio station and radio network operation. In fact, he was the youngest person ever awarded a CRTC broadcast station license. He sold that company three years after inception. Robert is a past President of the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA), a member of Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) and is licensed as a General Securities Firm Principal (Series 7, 63, 69 and a Managing Compliance Officer Series 24) with FINRA and the SEC.


Stacy Hong - CFO

Creative and solid team leader plus all the numbers! 


Stacy Hong (CFO) is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of accounting and corporate finance experience. She has worked as a tax accountant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, as a financial analyst responsible for operational costs at Nestle USA, and as a budgeting and planning operations manager at Smart and Final a food and beverage chain. She also founded and worked with various start-up companies managing the day-to-day general accounting & operation needs. Stacy has worked inside various consumer product companies preparing them for additional growth capital funding or to be ready for an M&A or funding event. She leveraged her accounting skills within a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, retail, beauty and entertainment.
