Request Access 9Compressus is an innovative software solution that offers healthcare personnel easy, efficient, and centralized access to relevant patient information across all databases throughout the healthcare organization.
For medical practitioners and healthcare administrators, getting correct and accurate information is necessary for ensuring that proper care and treatment is given to patients. However, with various electronic health record (EHR) systems mushrooming here and there, retrieving and updating the right information can become more complicated than necessary.
But not anymore.
For the first time, one software platform allows you to retrieve specific patient information from all databases, presenting you the right information, at the right place, and at the right time.
Meet Compressus MEDxConnect.
The Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA), mandates that the healthcare industry provide more healthcare, with better patient results, at substantially lower cost.
Numerous IT tools have sprouted up over the course of the past few years, all aiming to solve specific health care and information needs. But this healthcare IT boom has resulted in fragmentation: patient information has gotten scattered all over different databases, making retrieval so difficult and time-consuming that it almost makes you miss the days of pen, paper and file cabinets.
Storing, retrieving and updating patient information have become a cluttered process, a far cry from the easy access and efficiency that EHR systems promise, generally more than offsetting original benefit.
MEDxConnect is the first platform of its kind that clears out all the clutter and streamlines the pathways between databases, making it easy and efficient for healthcare professionals can get the information they need, when and how they need it.
With MEDxConnect, Compressus is making it our mission to take the pain out of healthcare administration, so healthcare providers everywhere can get back to what really counts: providing the absolute best in patient care.
MEDxConnect creates the foundation for more integrated workflows, seamlessly integrating the business and medical aspects of the healthcare industry with the ultimate goal of benefitting patients.
By providing innovative data processes that connect, integrate, and optimize how patient information is collected, we have rewritten how healthcare workflows work. Our user-defined platform searches and collects data from isolated, proprietary systems, including:
EHRs
Vendor Neutral Archives
Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)
Hospital Information System (HIS)
Department Information System (DIS)
The result:
MEDxConnect enhances patient care by making medical history, reports, and other pertinent information instantly available, eliminating unnecessary legwork or paperwork and freeing practitioners to focus on patient care.
Our inter-operable platform uses native technology that can be accessed from any workstation at any location, regardless of the existence of multiple vendor software, making the whole process easier and more convenient.
Our system fuels productivity because we intelligently route studies to balance workload and increase productivity, minimizing third party solution issues, accommodating fluctuations in patient volumes, and providing seamless connection between otherwise disparate vendor tools and platforms.
Our platform is specially designed to grow as you grow, allowing you to easily adapt to and accommodate whatever changes may occur, whether these are business opportunities, new technologies, and other unforeseen events.
MEDxConnect allows you to deliver reliable diagnostic results more consistently by balancing workloads within your enterprise. This results in minimal downtime, faster turnaround times, and less time spent on accomplishing non-physician work, leaving you free to concentrate on your practice and your patient.
Compressus has patented MEDxConnect’s work assignment and data distribution algorithms, which utilize a two-stage approach to the assignment and data distribution processes, allowing administrators to implement policies while taking mandatory requirements and customized enterprise needs into account at the same time.
Aside from patients, clinicians and specialists, other beneficiaries of our technology are:
Senior management teams at large healthcare organizations, who will be able to reduce costs, increase and automate productivity, and activate new revenue streams.
CIOs and senior IT management, who can now stop struggling to meet the ever-changing technology and healthcare requirements, and focus on integrating emerging systems into the MEDxConnect platform.
Compressus has successfully secured six patents for MEDxConnect, which include:
CoherentInformationDistribution™
CoherentInformationAwareness™
CoherentBigDataDissemination™
We also enjoy a steadily growing momentum, thanks to many early adopters of our solution. We already have 6 companies using MEDxConnect, including the world-renowned Mayo Clinic, which reports efficiency increases of 18 percent since adopting MEDxConnect, with no loss in productivity.
The Compressus team is also currently in talks with major hospital systems, potentially increasing our revenue and our company’s value exponentially.
There are even bigger and better things coming soon for MEDxConnect and Compressus. For more information about how you can be involved, please request access to the Business Plan page of this profile!
