Allen Nazeri DDS FICOI, Founder and CEO

Dr. Allen Nazeri brings more than 23 years of dental industry and entrepreneurial experience to his role as founder and CEO.  Dr. Nazeri has held both business and educational positions throughout his career. From 1990 to 2002, Dr. Nazeri owned, managed 12 dental practices with total of $15 Million dollar in collective revenue.
In 2003, Dr. Nazeri founded Cornerstone Dentistry a very high end dental practice in Palm Desert, California and quickly became a success story among locals, as well as being featured in a national dental magazine. In 2003, Dr. Nazeri co-founded New Image Creation dental lab, which grew quickly to nearly $4.0 million in revenue. Dr. Nazeri has held faculty positions both at UCLA and USC School of dentistry, and has trained over 800 dentists in various organizations including Coast Dental since 2004. He regularly consults with large dental corporations in the area of marketing and practice management. He has provided dental care to some of the worlds famous people and their families. Dr. Nazeri is the author of “Smart Spending On Your Teeth” written as a cosnumer guide to dental care. Dr. Nazeri enjoys travelling, playing tennis and boating.
   
Bita Nazeri- CO-Founder Practice Design
Bita is the Co-Founder of Cornerstone Dentistry. She started her career in music and after graduating from music school she found her passion in dentistry. She has been a registered dental assistant since 1994. She has managed large number of group dental practices from 1994-2002' responsible for overseeing 15,000 patients and 52-employee practice. Her passion about creative marketing and customer service is contagious and she has been trained at some of the most comprehensive and customer focused organization including The Ritz-Carlton Leadership and The Disney Institute. She is also trained at the Las Vegas Institute for advanced dental studies. She has been responsible for creating the most beautiful decors and ambiance for patients' comfort and safety at both Palm Desert & Irvine Locations. She is married to Dr. Nazeri and they live with their two Beagles Ricky and Nikki.

Philip Chin DDS- VP for Clinical Affairs
Dr. Philip Chin is a 1990 graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry. Prior to Graduation from the Dental School, Dr. Chin received his degree from school of Pharmacy at Creighton. He has been in private practice since 1990 and has had intensive post graduate training at the world renowned Las Vegas Institute specializing in neuromuscular dentistry treating TMJ disorders and the failures in Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Chin has also have had intensive training in the dental implants and short-term orthodontic movement of teeth. Dr. Chin was a Co-Founder of New Image Creation dental laboratory, a national dental lab with revenues nearly $4.0 million dollars. Dr. Chin was an initial investor of Coast Dental and has been involved in Coast Dental continuing education program from 2004-2008. Dr. Chin has lectures in the area of Cosmetic Dentistry and short term Orthodontics. Dr. Chin lives with His wife and 3 children in Los Angeles.
 
Javier Vigliarolo, DDS – Managing Dentist  Partner
Dr.  Javier Vigliarolo attended the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina receiving his dental degree in 1990. He earned his degree as a Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) in the United States in 2003. He is a member of the American Dental Society, California Dental Association, and San Fernando Valley Dental Society. Dr. Vigliarolo has had an enormous amount of training in the fields of prosthodontics, implants, cosmetic dentistry, full mouth reconstruction and bone graft. Most of that training was received here in the United States (UCLA, NYU, and many private institutes like implant companies), also back in Argentina and Europe. Dr. Vigliarolo has lectured for the last 10 years, mainly in the field of implants and reconstructive dentistry. With over 20 years of experience he has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with the best in dentistry services. In addition to his many years of experience, the doctor continues to participate in education programs in order to further his knowledge. He takes tremendous pride in providing a gentle and caring approach toward patient care and works closely with the best dental laboratories to ensure the best restorations. Dr. Vigliarolo speaks fluent English and Spanish. Dr. Vigliarolo will be joining CSD as of July first 2012 as a Managing Dentist Partner.

Mark Kramer, D.D.S. FICOI- Managing Partner Irvine
Dr. Kramer earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1978 from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and maintained a private practice in the Newport Beach area since 1985-2007. His expertise stems from extensive high-level post-graduate study with the masters in the field, in the areas of advanced cosmetic reconstructive dentistry, implant dentistry, and sedation dentistry. In fact, he was actually the first graduate to complete the entire curriculum of advanced reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry at the renowned Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco; he has completed all the course work in Frank Spear's well-recognized Seattle Institute of Advanced Education; and has completed advanced implant studies at the world famous Misch Implant Institute, Dawson Dental Academy and has been certified both as an Invisalign and six-month smile provider.
Dr. Kramer holds current membership with the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, has been invited to be included in the Nationwide Register's Who's Who, has lectured to national audiences of dentists, and has been published in various dental publications on a variety of topics. He's performed direct research resulting in significant improvements in dental techniques and materials, as well. He spends his outside of his office time with various physical activities and sports, reading and comedy. He is married with two children.

 
Kimberly Caldwell DDS FICOI
Dr. Caldwell Joined Cornerstone Dental Team as of January 15th, 2013- Dr. Caldwell has over 14 years experience in clinical dentistry. She built her own practice about 9 years ago in Chicago from Scratch to an over one million dollar practice and sold it. Dr. Caldwell is undergoing internship program at Cornerstone Dentistry and she is excited and intrigued to become an intra-preuner within an entrepreneurial organization.

 Rick Ebrahimi- CDT Chief of Dental Laboratory Technology
Rick Ebrahimi is a certified dental technician with over 25 years experience in the industry. Rick has undergone extensive training locally and internationally. Some of his notable achievements include certification at The Las Vegas Institute, a premiere teaching institute f or Cosmetic Dentistry. Rick has been a consultant to some of the largest dental lab organizations in the US and abroad. He has trained hundred of dentists and dental technicians in the field of dental laboratory and quality control. Rick is responsible for some of the Hollywood’s celebrity dazzling smiles Rick has been part of the Cornerstone Dentistry advisory board since 2003 and joined as a full time quality control and technical audit in 2010. He brings a vast of knowledge in area of cosmetic and Implant dentistry and has played a key role in operational efficiency and cost control. Rick spends his time outside of work playing soccer and golf. He has played soccer professionally and understands all about playing his A game both in business and life.

 Ruby Lem, JD

Ruby Lem, Esq. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with added expertise and knowledge in Labor and Employment issues.  She holds Master of Human Resources Development and Juris Doctorate degrees.  Her career experiences include management defense and legal advisement regarding HR-related topics, personnel "crisis" management and tactical support to implement HR best practices in the workplace.  Ms. Lem has worked with international organizations with offices throughout North America and Asia.  She currently provides HR and employment law consultative services for small- to mid-size businesses in the Southern CA region and particularly enjoys the opportunity to help add meaning to the employee's work life experiences.  It is her desire to see management and the workforce develop synergistic relationships for the betterment of the organization and the individual worker.  Her insight gained from her previous tenure as an HR/Business Manager in a dental practice also allows for a perfect blend of industry knowledge and real-world application with her HR/legal background - enabling her to significantly contribute to Cornerstone Dentistry's practice group.
In her free time, Ms. Lem enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three sons. 

Jennifer Guerrero- Director of Patient Services- Regional Director
Jennifer joined Cornerstone Dentistry in 2010 as the director of patient’s services. Jennifer background included mortgage banking and customer service. Jennifer has become a key player in training, development of new staff members. She is currently assigned as a regional director overseeing training and implementation of systems in all 3 locations

Hooman Fakhimi JD, ESQ- Inside/Outside Counsel

                                  Mr. Fakhimi is a graduate of Whittier Law School and University of California, Irvine with honors. Mr. Fakhimi is a seasoned Orange County attorney and he personally oversees all of the legal issues concerning the operation of Cornerstone Dentistry and advises the management group on various topics such as employment law, patient disputes and patient contracts.
 

Jim Kellogg CPA, JD- Independent Outside Accountant

Mr. Kellogg is the president of J. Kellogg & Company providing finanical and tax advise to small and medicum size businessed in Orange County since 2004. Jim is a 1995 graduate of Western State university school of law. He was formerly a partner at  J. Kellogg, Cromwell & Genadry from 1985-2000 and then the senior advisor at   Munson, Cronick & Assocaites from 200-2004. Mr. Kellogg has been overseeing Cornerstone financial and taxation matters since 2005 as an independent outside counsel.
