CrushData is an automated Technology on the market that allows you complete control of your FedEx and UPS spend through auditing, carrier reporting and rate negotiations.

Based on a learning system that determines the best strategy for audit, average savings are 1-3% off users’ carrier bills.

Our client-facing software platform provides automated resources to educate and support users to help them lower their parcel spend. We are different as we are a software as a service (SaaS) solution. Because it is web-based, users can utilize our platform with little to no IT involvement to immediately begin analyzing parcel spend and saving money.

Companies both large and small are leaving money on the table with their parcel spend because carrier billing discrepancies and erroneous charges often go undetected. An easy to implement, all-in-one solution providing audit, compliance and rate negotiation has not been available to help shippers optimize their parcel spend.

Until now.

Our client-facing software platform provides automated resources to educate and support users to help them lower their parcel spend. We are different as we are a 'software as a service (SaaS)' solution. Because it is web-based, users can utilize our platform with little to no IT involvement to immediately begin analyzing parcel spend and saving money.

Our advanced API/SDK allows users integrated access to the power of CrushData analytics without altering their current processes and procedures. Our platform is unique because it is available with a zero-cost self-onboarding option with initial application access. Unlike other 3PLs that require minimum spend thresholds for client onboarding, we have no minimum spend requirements. Our simple onboarding process requires only a carrier account number and electronic bill access.

We address and resolve the exact pain points that many companies experience when handling parcel shipping challenges including carrier compliance, reporting, rate negotiation and claiming full or partial refunds for carrier billing errors. The result is an average weekly cost savings between 1-5% on shipping error avoidance. In addition to the competitive advantages we bring to the marketplace, our cost-efficient development and operating structure provides a quick to market product that utilizes automation and requires limited staffing to implement.

Our AI Auditor is the first step to achieving our clients' parcel refunds. Based on a learning system that determines the best strategy for audit, average savings are 1-3% off their carrier bill. An analysis of over 150 audit points occurs, including:

Our Advanced Carrier Reporter contains tools for making informed decisions. Each week, our clients receive a generated suite of reports from which to choose when viewing their parcel shipping data. Our system combines business intelligence with search-based data discovery to reveal precise individual shipment level details.

After the aggregation and reporting of our clients' shipping data, our Integrated Rate Negotiator creates optimal pricing scenarios. We then customize scenarios and that is when real-time savings are calculated. The weekly e-bill analysis that we send contains a complete Package Level Detail inquiry using operating ratios to cross-reference against carrier pricing. The shipping rate approval reveals the best possible discount.

Our product is fully developed and available in the market. We don’t need a large operation staff as our solution is automated. We have begun converting leads into paying customers. We have filed trademarks and we have a social media presence.

Since we are a web-based subscription solution,
we don’t need to distribute our software manually.

We have been covered in the press.

We were guest speakers at Home Delivery World,
discussing the future of transportation technology.
