CyberClub Systems is a web-based software company providing account management systems for the Health Club and Personal Training industry.

Most clubs are using clunky, cobbled-together systems that are more headache than solution. Our secret is in how we organize the data, the incredible customization, integrate different systems into one and most of all, the ease of use of our product.

Health Clubs and gyms offer highly specialized services to their clients. In the years since administrative, customer service records and billing systems moved off of paper, the industry has had to rely on basic, generic software solutions.

Business owners want to maximize their businesses, and they don’t want to be held back by supposedly one-size-fits-all software.

CyberClub Systems integrates owners’ needs into one, customizable system with an amazing level of efficiency. We are a “one-stop-shop”, if you will.

John Poff

John has more than 20 years in the fitness/personal training industry, working and managing at every level, eventually becoming VP of Operations of the largest independent personal training company in the United States. John’s experience as a Computer Specialist Implementation Manager taught him that the industry’s software was woefully inefficient, leading him to found CyberClub Systems.

Latrone Walters
Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer
Latrone has worked in the health club industry at many levels for more than 12 years. He is currently the general manager of a health club that generates more than half a million dollars in annual revenue. In addition, he is the CEO of a digital marketing company.

Nathan Litten
VP of Business Development
Nathan became the VP of Business Development of Professional Fitness in 2004. In less than a year, he helped more than double the size of the business (125 locations) and later increased the company’s sales by 90% as Executive VP. He’s currently the Co-Founder and President of a background and credit check company that serves several Fortune 500 clients; the company’s sales have increased 300% in the last two years.

Tim Cleveland
VP of Project Management
Tim has more than 20 years as a technology evangelist, using both his degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA. He was directly involved in every phase of launching 3G wireless in North America (Motorola) and has held management and executive roles in vendor management (Lowe's), software testing (Cognizant), IT and business consulting (Cognizant), and the launch and build of a new global services and software business based on the IBM Mainframe (HCL Software).

Ron Frederick
VP of Business Operations
After earning degrees in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, Ron started working for a startup title insurance company. He became VP where he led the marketing and sales team to become the largest independently owned entity of its kind, handling more transactions than any privately held company in the market. Ron has experience expanding a local company into a national platform serving   35 states. He is currently the Founder and CEO of Epic Title, which has relationships with real estate entities to provide mortgage, insurance and title services throughout the country.
