The majority of products addressing this market today don’t work; a few products work minimally - for specific skin conditions; and there are no products that really do work! DTR/Stemology has created the world’s first all natural anti-aging skin care system that mimics the body’s natural response to damage and aging. As we age, the production of adult mesynchymal stem cells (non embryonic stem cells) in our body decreases. By age 50, we have 2% of the stem cells we were born with. Traction & Accomplishments

1. Business partners in infomercial which has branded their own product offering using our formulations. The spokesman is one of the largest brand ambassadors in the world selling over $2B dollars annually. Ongoing revenue stream in form of significant royalty payments will be generated for DermaTech Research.

2. We have been selling our current product, "Stemulance", into the professonial channel for 3 years, generating 2-300,000 per year. Under our current CMO, who comes from a large skincare firm, has rebranded under the "Stemology" name and has introduced it to all the large beauty magazines in New York to favorable reviews. Full release of the product will be in January 2014. She has put a commissioned sales force in place of 20 (to be 50 by mid 2014) to sell into the professional channel. E-Commerce site up and running with current ability to take sales orders.

The foundational ingredients of the flagship products of Stemology are based upon 40 years of stem cell research and studying the effects of topical application of cell derivatives with the core active ingredients for the StemCore-3 formulation.

Regenerative medicine, also known as Stem cell therapy, has a well-proven track record in the cell treatments of heart disease, MS, macular degeneration, cancers and many other diseases. Organ-specific adult stem cells are already proven to be quite effective in a variety of treatments for illness as well as regeneration of associated organs.

Our scientific and medical research supports the conclusion that stem cell derivatives, skin specifically cell cultured tissue combined with peptides, antioxidants, plant stem cells and ingredient “helpers” provide a highly effective anti-aging skin care system.

Hal Simeroth - Founder/Chief Technology Officer/VP Product Development

Dr. Hal H. Simeroth: Biographical Summary Dr. Simeroth has had an extensive career as a Research Technologist and has been a Corporate Officer level Executive in a number of successful companies over the past thirty years. He has been involved in a number of innovative startup companies and was instrumental as a Senior Vice President in building three of these into successful public companies. One of these, Symbol Technologies, where he was Senior Vice President for six years, is a multi-billion dollar company today. Dr. Simeroth began his career as a Research Engineer for Chevron and, after nine years, left to form his own consulting company in the energy field. After a successful sale of that company in 1981 he joined Eagle Computer, a startup company in the new field of personal computers, as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Design Architect. After successfully taking Eagle Computer public, he left to become Senior Vice President and CTO of MSI Data, later to become Symbol Technologies. He was in this position for six years and contributed to the highly successful growth of the company as an officer and technical leader. After this period Dr. Simeroth joined Encad, a small startup company in San Diego, where his team developed an innovative technology that pioneered the paradigm shift of photo quality inkjet printing. As Vice President of Engineering at Encad he was instrumental in building the company to over fifty million in sales, and taking the company public with a share price that began at five dollars and grew to over eighty. In late 1995 Dr. Simeroth was recruited to take a position with CalComp, Inc, a division of Lockheed Martin, where he was Sr. Vice President and Division Manager of the Digital Imaging Division for three years. Over the last eight years Dr. Simeroth has been working in mentoring and developing startup companies. Most recently he has been Vice President of Research and Development for Select University Technologies, a company that licenses new patented innovations from universities and builds startup companies around these innovative technologies. In this position from 2005 to July, 2008 he was involved as Research Director of two Biotechnology research projects at University of Texas, Austin and State University of New York, Buffalo. In late 2009, Dr. Simeroth co-founded DermaTech Research and has led product research and development up to the present time. Dr. Simeroth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cal State – Long Beach and has done graduate work in Engineering at MIT, Cal Tech and Cal State Fullerton. He has his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California in Ethics where his practical application study was Biotechnical Ethics. He has also taken a course of study from Michigan State University in Strategic Planning for Small Businesses. Dr. Simeroth has been an adjunct professor at several universities and teaches business courses in Systems Thinking, Product Development Processes, and Corporate Visions and Values.


Scott Davis - Chief Financial Officer

Seasoned CFO in multiple startups/technology based companies with over 30 years experience 


Mr. Davis retired after serving as CFO for four successful technology companies in Southern California. Mr. Davis served as CFO of Amerigon (a startup that developed and sold radar collision avoidance systems for autos) from 1997 to 1999. He served as CFO of Broadcom Corp.(high speed data communications chips) from 1994-1997. Prior to that he served as CFO of Pairgain Technologies (pioneered High Bit Rate Digital Subscriber Loop (HDSL) technology for implementing high speed communications over copper wire) (1991-1994) and as CFO of EECO, Inc. (computer keyboards, dip switches, electrical products) (1989-1991). In each of these positions he was responsible for all financial accounting, treasury, MIS and human resources functions. Mr. Davis has also served in various financial capacities since beginning his career over 30 years ago. He served as Corporate Controller and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at MSI Data Corp (pioneered the market for Portable Data Collection Devices (1981-1989). Manager of Planning and Analysis at Western Airlines, Inc. (1976-1981) and as a Senior Accountant at Peat, Marwick and Mitchell (CPA). Subsequent to retiring he took on the position as CFO/Managing Director of Angel Strategies, an angel investing company in 2001-2002. In 2008 he became CFO for Brain Computer Interface, Inc. a startup which developed technology/products for the gaming industry which utilized electrical impulses from the brain to accomplish hands free gaming control. In 2011 he bacame CFO and major investor in DermaTech Research.
